Punishment by Psychiatric Means being USED in Canada 🇨🇦 by UBC and The CUPE National. In December 2019 I discovered that UBC / HR were PERMITTING NON MEDICAL CUPE NATIONAL IMPOSTER'S to carry out FORENSIC Psychiatric Medical / Criminal Evaluation’s on their unsuspecting UBC Employee / CUPE Members. 

NON MEDICAL IMPOSTER'S were used against ME on May 25,2001 which was my FIRST Psychiatric Evaluation FORCED on ME by what had to be The CUPE National President Judy Darcy. Performed by The CUPE National President Judy Darcy.  Written up by UBC / HR as a FORENSIC Psychiatric Medical / Criminal Report I believe in the latter half of 2006. The Report of which there is TWO completely different formatted versions authenticated by The British Columbia College Of Physicians and Surgeons and UBC FORENSIC Psychiatrist Dr. Elizabeth Zoffmann. 

On June 04, 2009 I would face a THIRD Forced Psychiatric Evaluation.  This one FORCED on ME by UBC / HR'S Lindi Frost.  Performed by I am led to believe a UBC Psychiatrist Dr. Alan Buchanan. However my BELIEF perhaps a UBC Lawyer.  This Report I believe altered or even written by UBC/ HR Lindi Frost.  

AT THE BEGINNING OF JANUARY 2009 FROM THE UBC FREEDOM OF INFORMATION DEPARTMENT I OFFICIALLY FOUND OUT THAT I HAD BEEN FRAMED FOR LIFE BY UBC / HR AND THE CUPE NATIONAL WITH A FORENSIC PSYCHIATRIC MEDICAL / CRIMINAL RECORD. THIS RECORD IT REMAINS UNCHANGED TODAY IN 2026. THIS THE EXACT SAME TYPE OF RECORD AS A SERIAL KILLER OR PSYCHOPATH.  WITHIN I AM DOCUMENTED WITH BRAIN DISEASE, WHERE  TREATMENT WAS HIDDEN FROM ME FOR 7 1/2 YEARS.  I AM ALSO DOCUMENTED AS BORDERLINE INSANE, WITH A PERSECUTIONAL DILLUSIONAL DISORDER AND VERY HIGHLY SUSPECTED TO BE IN THE POSSESSION OF FIRE ARMS.  THE FIRE ARMS CONTENT REPEATS THREE TIMES TO BE FOUND ON ME BY COLLATERAL MEANS... I TRULY BELIEVE MY FORENSIC PSYCHIATRIC MEDICAL / CRIMINAL RECORD IS A FORGERY.  I BELIEVE IT WAS WRITTEN UP BY UBC / HR IN MID TO LATE 2006, AND NOT WRITTEN BY THE UBC EMPLOYEE FORENSIC PSYCHIATRIST DR. IT WAS MADE BELIEVE BY THE CUPE NATIONAL AND UBC / HR THAT ON MAY 25, 2001 I HAD UNDERWENT A FORENSIC PSYCHIATRIC MEDICAL / CRIMINAL EVALUATION PERFORMED BY UBC EMPLOYEE FORENSIC PSYCHIATRIST DR. ELIZABETH ZOFFMANN. FROM DECEMBER 2019 I SEEN  THIS ALSO AS A LIE. IN DECEMBER 2019 I FOUND LONG SEARCHED FOR PHOTO ID OF DR. ELIZABETH ZOFFMANN... AND GUESS WHAT... SHE LOOKED YOUNGER IN DECEMBER 2019 THAN SHE DID IN MAY 2001... THIS MEANT I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE MET HER... WITH FURTHER PHOTO ID SEARCH... I BELIEVE THE WOMAN WHO PERFORMED MY FORENSIC PSYCHIATRIC MEDICAL / CRIMINAL EVALUATION ON MAY 25, 2001 WAS THE 2001 CUPE NATIONAL PRESIDENT JUDY DARCY. I BELIEVE THE UBC / HR GATEKEEPER MICHAEL VIZSOLYI FROM LATE 2009 IS ALSO AWARE OF BOTH FORGERY AND IDENTITY FRAUD.  LET IT BE KNOWN TO MICHAEL AND HIS UBC / HR ASSOCIATES, THAT SUPPORT AND THE USE OF FORGERY CARRIES THE SAME CRIMINAL PENALTY AS THE ACTUAL FORGER.

My statement from above, you may think as way over the top, not really. What is over the top is the long term colluded attempt by The CUPE National with UBC / HR to portray ME from 1997 as UBC and CUPE'S BIGGEST EVER CRIMINAL BADASS.  

The FRAMING ME with my FORENSIC Psychiatric Medical / Criminal Record required teamwork from The CUPE National, UBC / HR,  The UBC Department Of Psychiatry and the British Columbia College Of Physicians and Surgeons to keep it alive. 

This should have been OVER way back in August 2007 via The British Columbia College Of Physicians and Surgeons... then again by the College on July / August 2008. However they fully approved TWO DIFFERENTLY FORMATTED VERSIONS released by The CUPE National. The TWO VERSIONS on its OWN was 100% PROOF OF FORGERY. 

 

The failure via The British Columbia College Of Physicians and Surgeons lead to my UBC Loss of livelihood  in July 2008 when the CUPE NATIONAL KICKED ME OUT OF CUPE for my NON BELIEF in an attempt by had to be The CUPE National President Judy Darcy to have ME put into an ASYLUM... this followed by a colluded attempt by UBC and The CUPE National Hierarchy to END MY LIFE. This by the BLOCKING of a recommended life determining medical procedure that included a CT SCAN OF THE HEAD / BRAIN... I REFUSED TO BELIEVE THIS 

On July 2008  UBC/ HR were now for the very First Time witnessed on with UBC / HR'S Lindi Frost, who had never met ME . Frost was still in 2008 and 2009 still PUSHING ME AS A VIOLENT THREAT TO MY CO-WORKERS AND FOLKS AT UBC. A THIRD FORCED PSYCHIATRIC EVALUATION WAS NOW FORCED FORCED ON ME. Frost had CONJOURED UP SIX QUESTIONS ON VIOLENCE BY ME, this was to FINISH ME OFF. 

However this attempt by UBC / HR'S Lindi Frost to FINISH ME OFF  by BACKFIRED on her. Her UBC Employee Psychiatrist of choice Dr. Alan Buchanan did not see ME as the UBC MONSTER that Frost was portraying ME as. AGAIN Frost had never met ME or even spoken to ME on the phone. 

My honest BELIEF though is that UBC / HR’S Lindi Frost had ALTERED the Psychiatric Report on ME that had UBC Employee Psychiatrist Dr. Alan Buchanan SIGNATURE on it. Another FORGERY. 

After my THIRD Psychiatric Evaluation on June 04, 2009 I had this wrapped up. I had PROVED beyond any shadow of doubt to UBC / HR'S Michael Vizsolyi PROOF of FORGERY from my FIRST May 25, 2001 FORENSIC Psychiatric Medical / Criminal Evaluation. However Vizsolyi who could have quitely resolved and ended this IN HOUSE decision was that all that was documented against ME had to STAND as OFFICIAL and as FULL TRUTH. If Vizsolyi had resolved this in early 2010, the identity fraud would never have been discovered by ME.

FINANCIAL FIGURING AS MOTIVE 

What happened to ME was due to my Inadvertant Financial Encroachment in relation to Workers Compensation Monies owed to ME. I was targeted by my CUPE Local 116 Executive, the more they came after ME the more I searched for the origin of a mere $1,500. What go on to discover is that UBC had a system in place that allowed them to POCKET ALL WCB INCOMING MONIES.  My figuring was based on their own statistics as in "at any given week in the year, the number of UBC Employee's on WCB". My figuring was $600,000 WEEKLY / $28,000,000 Annually... see what I sent UBC and CUPE 👉 MY FINANCIAL FIGURING AS MOTIVE.  When I sent this info into CUPE and UBC it was April 23,  20O2. It would become OFFICIALLY documented on January 16, 2009 that one year before my Financial Figuring that UBC Hierarchy CUPE National Hierarchy were working on a PLOT to KILL ME. As in a CUPE National President given ILLEGAL ASSINGMENT to have ME put into an ASYLUM ffs, a one way ticket if the CUPE National President had pulled this off. On that failed attempt UBC with CUPE National Hierarchy now procede to BLOCK a recommended life determining medical procedure that included a CT SCAN OF THE HEAD / BRAIN again ffs. What my story is mainly about was my DISBLEIF in these two EVIL PLOT'S to permanently eliminate ME, and how The CUPE National with UBC / HR were FORCING me to BELIEVE by further abuse of Psychiatry to accept the FORGED FORENSIC PSYCHIATRIC PAPERWORK that IDENTIFIED my ATTEMPTED MURDER. Seriously you can not make this shit up.  Again I tried to keep this UNDERCOVER, for my UBC loyalty myself and family took a psychological shit kicking which lasted way more than a DECADE. 

Today in 2026 I REMAIN with a FORENSIC Psychiatric Medical Criminal / Record... this is FACT as ALL CONTENT was fully officiated by The British Columbia College Of Physicians + two UBC Employee Psychiatrist's... This is the EXACT SAME TYPE of Record that would be given to perhaps a Psychopath or Serial Killer.  This comes with a HEREDITARY FACTOR which was USED in 2022. 

This was USED against ME in June 2019 when I had to leave my Planning Position at a Vancouver Shipyard as I could NOT pass the required for Employment NATO Criminal Record Clearance. Not submitting what was documented against ME could have resulted in Criminal Conviction. Explaining to Vancouver Shipyard HR that UBC / HR FORGED my Records... well good luck on that. 

Again the HEREDITARY FACTOR of what was documented against ME was brought up in 2022 by a past Family Physician and USED against my eldest son. This prevented URGENT Spinal Surgery which should have been carried out immediately. The result catastrophic this could potentially put him in a wheelchair for the rest of his life. 

The HEREDITARY FACTOR could be used again against my grand children who are well into their teenage years. 

It is a FORGERY however with abuse of power ALL CONTENT WITHIN made to stand as OFFICIAL by The British Columbia College Of Physicians and Surgeons. See Link👉 Thrown under the bus to protect VIP'S.

I may NOW consider laying Criminal Charges against the folks who were fully aware of FORENSIC FORGERY and USED and supported this VINDICTIVE LIE. 

2026 is the year that this gets REMOVED either by UBC / HR with The CUPE National or by The Criminal Justice System. My Forensic Psychiatric Medical/ Criminal Record stems from a FORENSIC Psychiatric Medical / Criminal Evaluation on ME which was actually PERFORMED by a NON Medical IMPOSTER, the 2001 CUPE National President. This Forensic Psychiatric Medical / Criminal Evaluation on May 25, 2001. The FORGED REPORT from May 25, 2001 written up by UBC / HR with CUPE National input in the latter half of 2006. The sinister intent of this Forensic Psychiatric Medical / Criminal FORGERY written in 2006, I truly BELIEVE was to have ME facing a SWAT TEAM in early 2007... Sound far fetched, not really as VIP'S had to be protected, and the ground work as written in FORGERY well in place. As within the FORENSIC FORGERY I was documented as BORDERLINE INSANE with a Persecutional Dillusional Disorder who was 100% suspected by a said to be UBC Employee Forensic Medical EXPERT to be in the possession of FIRE ARMS. 

Why would it be REPEATED "THREE" TIMES by a UBC Employee Forensic Psychiatric EXPERT that  FIRE ARMS had to be found on ME by COLLATERAL MEANS?  I  TRULY BELIEVE was being SET UP in early 2007 for a SWAT TEAM VISIT.

Only I am capable of clearing this from myself and family lineage names.

A FORENSIC Psychiatric Medical / Criminal Report is one of the most prestigious court regulated documents in the land. On completion it is forwarded to both Medical and Criminal Justice Systems. On completion it must contain NO ERROR, NO ADDITIONS or OMISSIONS , NO BIAS and NO DUPLICATIONS. Nothing can ever be REMOVED not even by the FORENSIC Psychiatric Medical EXPERT. 

FORGERY or USE or SUPPORT of FORGERY of such a Prestigious Document are VERY SERIOUS CRIMINAL ACTS. 

Pertaining to this FORENSIC FORGERY written up on ME. For ME what would be my absolute DEFINITIONS OF PRICELESS. See POINT BY POINT in my 👉 MAIN STORY reference to these PRICELESS FACTS.

1. A FORENSIC Psychiatric Medical / Criminal Evaluation would be carried out ONLY  on a CONVICTED Criminal who had committed a very SERIOUS  CRIMINAL ACT as in MURDER or GENOCIDE. At the point of my Forensic Psychiatric Medical / Criminal Evaluation on May 25, 2001. My Criminal Record was a Photo Radar Ticket from the late 80's. In mid March 2001, I had sent ONE RUDE E-MAIL to my CUPE Local 116 Executive for past years of CONCOCTED CRIMINAL HISTORY BUILDING. As per my P BY P 1997 to 2001 in my MAIN STORY in above link. At UBC the NORM for a misdemeanor like a rude E- Mail would be an ANGER MANAGEMENT TYPE CONSULTATION. Not a full blown FORENSIC Psychiatric Medical / Criminal Evaluation with an ASSIGNMENT by The CUPE National President Judy Darcy to have ME Committed Under the Mental Health Act 🤔. PRICELESS. 

2. Was it when the FORENSIC FORGER spelled my NAME WRONG FOUR TIMES, and had the date of The Evaluation WRONG as on a SUNDAY two months prior to The Actual date 🤔. PRICELESS.

3. When the FORENSIC FORGER wrote 2006 Content into a 2001 Document proving to me that the document was written in the latter half of 2006 and NOT in 2001🤔 PRICELESS.

9. What I DID BELIEVE was a SWAT TEAM attempt foiled by a UBC Manager TIP OFF where he warns ME BEWARE JOHN. P BY P 2007. This was a team effort by UBC/ HR'S Special Assignments Team and The CUPE National. 

 Explanation of this... the FORENSIC FORGERY had written ME UP with as BORDERLINE INSANE, this with a PERSECUTIONAL DILLUSIONAL DISORDER and THREE TIMES written on the last 3 pages that FIRE ARMS were to be found on ME by COLLATERAL MEANS. WHY WOULD FIRE ARMS BE REPEATED THREE TIMES TO BE FOUND ON ME BY COLLATERAL MEANS A FORENSIC FORGERY WRITTEN IN 2006? 

10. In early 2007 I was told the NAMES of the UBC / HR Special Assingments folks who wrote up this FORENSIC FORGERY, this with full approval by the CUPE National.  One of  these UBC/HR people goes on to become top HUMAN RESOURCES Person in The British Columbia Criminal Justice ⚖ Department 🤔 WAY BEYOND PRICELESS. 11. However UNTHINKABLE PRICELESS evidence comes in December 2019 . This when I find LONG SEARCHED FOR PHOTO ID OF UBC EMPLOYEE FORENSIC PSYCHIATRIST DR. ELIZABETH ZOFFMANN. From this PHOTO ID I discover that in no time in my life have I ever MET HER. The PHOTO ID IDENTIFIED Dr. Elizabeth Zoffmann younger looking in December 2019 than she looked in May 25, 2001.  This discovery now has ME searching for WHO PERFORMED what was written up as my life long FORENSIC Psychiatric Medical/ Criminal Record 😳 . Judy Darcy the 2001 CUPE National President... PRICELESS... CUPE NATIONAL

ME = John Stewart born Glasgow Scotland. At 16 year old in 1964 I joined by first UNION serving a 5 year Aprenticeship in the Aircraft Industry.  From 1970 to 1976 worked in Construction (multi trade). Also in Scotland served 10 years as a Reserve in the British Parachute Regiment... Came to Canada 🇨🇦 September 1976 where for 13 years worked in Construction Management and Supervision. On FIRE ARMS since coming to Canada 🇨🇦 in September 1976 I was never a hunter or even a fisher. I can honestly say that in Canada I never even touched a live FIRE ARM. INTRODUCTION TO A BAD ASS CUPE NATIONAL HORROR STORY. 
Above is ME, at this point I had been a 19 year UBC EMPLOYEE and CUPE LOCAL 116 MEMBER. 
In my 19 YEARS there was barely a cross word among my Co Workers, however there was my Inadvertant Financial Encroachment, this was the reason for the ATTACK on ME. This photo was in the Spring of 2008 about 3 months prior to The CUPE National KICKING ME OUT OF CUPE and SEVERING MY FAMILY'S LIVELIHOOD. 
UBC / HR were for the very First Time witnessed on board,  this with UBC/ HR'S Lindi Frost, her FAILED ATTEMPT to FINISH ME OFF. 
The reason was that I did NOT BELIEVE in an error ridden FORENSIC Psychiatric Medical / Criminal Report that they the CUPE National had released TWO Completely differently formatted versions.  One version they had ILLEGALLY ALTERED. Also at this point in 2008 UBC / HR had still NOT RELEASED the Document from May 25, 2001 that I had LEGALLY REQUESTED from early March 2006. I had BELIEVED this document to be in the form of an Anger Management Type Report, this would be the CUPE NORM for a member had momentarily lost in frustrationof CUPE oppression "ONE" INCIDENT in frustration. UBC reluctantly released the OFFICIAL Version on January 16,2009, the 7 1/2 YEARS LATE was a FORGERY written up as a FORENSIC Psychiatric Medical / Criminal Report .  The FORGED Report was written that BADLY it identified a COLLUDED ATTEMPT BY UBC AND CUPE NATIONAL HIERARCHY TO END MY LIFE. 
So UNBELIEVABLE, I couldn't accept this as being TRUE.
The TURNING POINT for ME took a while when I discovered the UNTHINKABLE.  In December 2019 I discovered that UBC / HR were PERMITTING NON MEDICAL CUPE NATIONAL IMPOSTER'S to USE THE CREDENTIALS of UBC EMPLOYEE PSYCHIATRISTS to to carry out in my case a FORENSIC Psychiatric Medical / Criminal Evaluation’s on unsuspecting UBC Employee's / CUPE Members. This was an unforgivable PRIVACY INTRUSION of not only ME but the PRIVACY of my ENTIRE FAMILY. 
My BELIEF from December 2019 that it was the 2001 CUPE National PRESIDENT by IDENTITY FRAUD that PERFORMED my Forensic Psychiatric Medical / Criminal Evaluation . At this point in December 2019 I was seeing the NON MEDICAL IMPOSTER as the current British Columbia NDP Minister Of Mental Health and Drug Addiction. This was the MAIN REASON THIS COULD NOT GET RESOLVED.
