PUNITIVE PSYCHIATRY IS REAL IN CANADA .

JUNE 2026 NOT COMPLETE, REPEATS A BIT, and to be EDITED but you will soon get the FINANCIAL and NON MEDICAL IMPOSTER MOTIVE for why The CUPE National attempted to put ME into an ASYLUM, and when that failed CUPE National with UBC Hierarchy colluded in an attempt to END MY LIFE.  Sound a bit over the top, I would not believe either,  however  it is very clearly DOCUMENTED in my FORENSIC Psychiatric Medical / Criminal Report which I BELIEVED and openly called a FORGERY. My BELIEF in FORGERY became a Serious Problem for both The CUPE National and UBC / HR my only given option by then was too accept and SIGN OFF. Had I done that, well I would have been admitting that I was BORDERLINE INSANE with a persecutary delusional disorder, highly suspected as armed and dangerous and a THREAT TO SOCIETY. Three times it REPEATS in the FORENSIC FORGERY that FIRE ARMS have to be found on ME by COLATERAL MEANS.  This STANDS INTACT today in 2026. So if or when they come for ME,  it's the SWAT TEAM.

The CUPE National with UBC / HR insist was drawn up by a UBC Employee Forensic Psychiatrist Dr. Elisabeth Zoffmann from my May 25, 2001 FORENSIC Psychiatric Evaluation ... Dr. Zoffmann attested to TWO Completely differently formatted versions issued by The CUPE National and attested in a SWORN AFFADAVIT in 👉 SWORN AFFADAVIT 2009 and College Of Physicians and Surgeons letters 2007 & 2008.

Now I AM TO BELIEVE that this is the SAME Dr. Elisabeth Zoffmann who, helped FREE this man...👇

As per my MAIN STORY for POINT BY POINT DETAIL. In particular POINT BY POINT 2015.0. In that 2015 time frame I started looking for PHOTO ID of a UBC Employee FORENSIC Psychiatrist Dr. Elisabeth Zoffmann who defended a Canadian British Columbia man who murdered his THREE CHILDREN saying words to the affect of "With the correct medication this man would be no more dangerous than the man standing next to you in the bar ". 2015 LINK. What did that have in common with ME. Well this is who what had to be The CUPE National President Judy Darcy had sent ME too in 2001, this with a given ASSIGNMENT to have her attempt to COMMIT ME UNDER THE MENTAL HEALTH ACT,  a ONE WAY TICKET if successful.  My CRIME was ONE RUDE E-MAIL sent to my CUPE Local 116 Executive for years of CONCOCTED Criminal History Building. On the outside of UBC my Criminal Record was ONE PHOTO RADAR TICKET. The ASYLUM ATTEMPT as per POINT BY POINT 2001.7.4 where Dr. Zoffmann APOLOGIZED to The CUPE National President Judy Darcy for just FAILING in her given ASSINGMENT.  

Oh it gets much worse as in  POINT BY POINT 2001.7.6. Within the FORENSIC Report Dr. Elisabeth Zoffmann highly suspects ME with BRAIN DISEASE such as an anyerism, cerebral hemorrhage, blood clot, cancerous tumor or other killer if left UNTREATED.  Dr. Zoffmann recommends that a LIFE DETERMINING MEDICAL PROCEDURE BE CARRIED OUT, WHICH INCLUDED A CT SCAN OF THE HEAD / BRAIN... Then if NOT A FORGERY colludes with The CUPE National President Judy Darcy and UBC Hierarchy I suspect that would be UBC AVP lisa Castle to insure that ALL MEDICAL TREATMENT IS BLOCKED. A document that should have been released within 7 to 10 business days is hidden by UBC for 7 1/2 YEARS. If TRUE I would not not be ALIVE TODAY. 

Anyhow with what UBC Employee FORENSIC Psychiatrist Dr.  Elisabeth Zoffmann wrote up on ME, my thought NO WAY this was the SAME UBC Employee Forensic Psychiatrist, who in 2015 sympathized with a man who murdered his own three children. 

PHOTO ID of Dr. Elisabeth Zoffmann took a while to find , however in December 2019 I eventually found PHOTO ID on UBC Employee Forensic Psychiatrist Dr. Elisabeth Zoffmann. IT WAS FOR CERTAIN NOT THE SAME WOMAN who on May 25, 2001 PERFORMED what was issued by The CUPE National and UBC'S Freedom Of Information Department as my TRUE life long FORENSIC Psychiatric Medical / Criminal Report... / RECORD which again stands today in 2026. 

In the long searched for December 2019 PHOTO ID of UBC Employee FORENSIC Psychiatrist Dr. Elisabeth Zoffmann she looked way YOUNGER in 2019 than what I remember her from May 25, 2001. 

Who I sat in front of that day of May 25,2001 was an overly sharply dressed OLDER LADY . Dressed in a pin striped grey suit, greying hair, I seen in her early 60s.  

SO THE MYSTERY... WHO PERFORMED MY FORENSIC PSYCHIATRIC MEDICAL / CRIMINAL EVALUATION ON MAY 25, 2001? 

For certain NOT UBC Employee Forensic Psychiatrist Dr.  Elisabeth Zoffmann! 

What I knew from my FORENSIC Psychiatric Medical / Criminal Report. It was written that there was an ILLEGAL ASSIGNMENT given by again what had to have been The CUPE National President Judy Darcy to have ME Committed Under The Mental Health Act.  How I know that it was a CUPE National given ASSINGMENT was due to the FACT that UBC / HR were NOT WITNESSED INVOLVED in my case until July 2008. This got ME looking at 2001 PHOTO ID of The 2001 CUPE National President Judy Darcy the person if NO FORGERY who gave this highly ILLEGAL ASSIGNMENT... which was not that difficult to find. 

Maybe COOINCIDENCE but Dr. Elisabeth Zoffmann and The 2001 CUPE National President were BOTH Danish.  Anyhow it is my honest BELIEF that it was The 2001 CUPE National President Judy Darcy that I sat in front of that day on May 25, 2001. Again for certain it was NOT UBC Employee Forensic Psychiatrist Dr.  Elisabeth Zoffmann.

At point in 2019 she was The British Columbia NDP MINISTER OF MENTAL HEALTH AND DRUG ADDICTION. 

In early 2020 made this known to the British Columbia NDP Government,  was it coincidence that she dropped out of British Columbia Politics soon after.

THIS IS PART OF WHAT I WAS SUBJECTED TOO...

This is mainly about this FORENSIC Psychiatric Medical / Criminal Report / Record if it actually were TRUE there was TWO Documented Attempts by The CUPE National with UBC to permanently ELIMINATE ME meaning END MY LIFE.  I did NOT BELIEVE in the TWO documented attempts.  For my NON BELIEF in my ATTEMPTED MURDER the punishment by Psychiatric Means would continue. 

Despite my NON BELIEF, The CUPE National with UBC / HR worked with the FORGED FORENSIC FORGERY to make it STICK to FRAME ME with a life long FORENSIC Psychiatric Medical / Criminal Record that could have had ME targeted with a SWAT TEAM... well still actually can to this day in 2026... 

Between them they gave ME the EXACT SAME TYPE of CRIMINAL RECORD as a Psychopath or a Serial Killer. UBC / HR with The CUPE National in support had ME documented with BRAIN DISEASE where if TRUE they BLOCKED recommended life determining medical treatment POINT BY POINT 2001.7.6. 

On top of that they documented ME as

BORDERLINE INSANE with a Persecutary Delusional Disorder and THREE times they Documented ME as very highly suspected to be in the possession of FIRE ARMS yet to be found on ME by COLATERAL MEANS... SWAT TEAM VISIT if activated...  

Current today in 2026 (last used in  2019) and comes with HEREDITARY FACTOR also current today (used in 2022). 

This is a FORENSIC Psychiatric Medical / Criminal Report that has the most STUPID LINE EVER IMAGINED... It reads "That I deny that other people can read my mind".  In the Worlds Worst FORGERY my NAME is SPELLED WRONG FOUR TIMES... The DATE of the HOAX FORENSIC Psychiatric Medical / Criminal Evaluation is dated to have taken place on a SUNDAY two months prior to The actual date... There is 2006 INFO in the 2001 Report. There is TWO completely different formatted versions... Last but not least the Differential Diagnosis was MISSING AXIS 1V and AXIS V with AXIS V being the MANDATORY GAF SCORE. 

The GAF SCORE being the SOLE PURPOSE, a MANDATORY REQUIREMENT up until 2013 to monitor REGRESS and PROGRESS. This would be the very first thing that a scrutinizing Psychiatrist or Criminal Investigator would REVIEW.  MISSING 

Why did The CUPE National, UBC / HR with UBC EMPLOYEE PSYCHIATRIST'S NOT SEE ALL THIS BLATANT ERROR in a Court Regulated Document? Why did two UBC Employee Psychiatrist's, 2 Doctor's from The British Columbia College Of Physicians and Surgeons and my Past family Doctor not see the incomplete Differential Diagnosis was MISSING AXIS 1V and AXIS V the Mandatory GAF SCORE. 

Well UBC / HR for ONE were the actual FORGER'S, but there was something BIGGER than FORGERY of my FORENSIC RECORD'S, there was also IDENTITY FRAUD.

At the University Of British Columbia's Department Of Psychiatry certain Psychiatrist's DO NOT IDENTIFY ANYWHERE ON LINE WITH PHOTO ID. 

WHY DO THESE UBC PSYCHIATRIST'S HIDE THEIR IDENTITY FROM THE PUBLIC?  

So UBC / HR can allow NON MEDICAL IMPOSTER'S to USE the CREDENTIALS of these NO PHOTO ID UBC Employee Psychiatrist's to carry out Psychiatric Evaluation's on their unsuspecting Employee's and CUPE Members.  The PAPERWORK is later drawn up by UBC / HR to do the Maximum Damage to the targeted  UBC Employee / CUPE Member, that they need to destroy.  As UBC Employee's these NO PHOTO ID UBC Employee Psychiatrist's fully support what their UBC / HR has  documented as their OWN OFFICIAL PSYCHIATRIC WRITING'S.  

As a 19 YEAR UBC Employee / CUPE Member this NON MEDICAL IMPOSTER FRAUD happened to ME, ONCE for certain, but possibly TWICE.

May 25, 2001 my FIRST what I believed to be some type of an Anger Management Type Consultation this would be the CUPE NORM. This thought Anger Management Consultation thought by ME performed by NO PHOTO ID UBC Employee Psychiatrist Dr. Elisabeth Zoffmann. However actually performed by I BELIEVE The 2001 NON MEDICAL CUPE National President Judy Darcy.   The Report then written up as a FORENSIC Psychiatric Medical/ Criminal Report in the later half of 2006 by UBC / HR with CUPE National input. 

June 04, 2009 my THIRD Psychiatric Evaluation, reason for this one was my NON BELIEF in my FORENSIC Psychiatric Medical / Criminal Report from my FIRST.  This  possibly performed by NO PHOTO ID UBC Employee Psychiatrist Dr. Alan Buchanan. Actually performed by (UNKNOWN I suspect a UBC Lawyer) as PHOTO ID on Dr. Alan Buchanan NEVER FOUND BY ME ONLINE AS OF TO DATE IN 2026. Dr. Alan Buchanan's OWN Company Collaborative Workplace Services yet operating out of Viewpoint Medical Assessment Services Inc.  

Dr. Buchanan's Report was for  ALTERED or perhaps even WRITTEN between date of issue June 04, 2009 (same day as evaluation) and late September 2009 by UBC / HR'S Lindi Frost, the ONLY other person involved. 

FACT OF INTEREST... PERHAPS CONNECTED TO MOTIVE FOR WHY I WAS TARGETED FOR WHAT ACTUALLY BECAME DOCUMENTED IN MY FORENSIC PSYCHIATRIC MEDICAL / CRIMINAL REPORT TO BE UNALIVED. 

While ALL UBC Union Employee's were on a Salary FREEZE.  At The University Of British Columbia in 1996 only TWO People had Salaries near $100,000. However ONE YEAR LATER in 1997 tens, hundreds or maybe even in the thousands of UBC Managers were averaging well over $100,000. At UBC Land and Building Services the average Manager Salary in 1996 was approximately $50,000 however in 1997 it was averaging $120,000 to $130,000 or there abouts some at UBC Land and Building Services saw SALARY INCREASES of 300% FACT.

That same year The CUPE local 116 Executive in 1997 also saw MEGA SALARY INCREASES of around 70 to 80 Percent.  The UBC CUPE Local 116 President became the HIGHEST PAID CUPE local President in CANADA again FACT. This in turn would increase the British Columbia CUPE Regional President's Salary and The CUPE National President's Salary. 

What did that have to do with ME who was a CUPE local 116 Member and UBC Employee Steam Fitter.  NOTHING but perhaps EVERYTHING. I among others at UBC became LOOSE END'S.  LOOSE END'S who would possibly query these MASSIVE SALARY HIKES OF 1997.

UBC / HR managed their UBC Staff LOOSE ENDS and the CUPE Local 116 Executive took care of theirs. The first thing The CUPE Local Executive did in the year of 1997 was CLEAR OUT THEIR SECRETARY'S,  ONE RESISTED, so they CONCOCTED her with a Criminal History see 👉THE CUPE SECRETARY SCANDAL 

The REASON that the CUPE Local 116 Executive came after ME with CONCOCTED CRIMINAL HISTORY BUILDING because I was making inquiries into how The Workers Compensation System worked at UBC.  

In my STORY where my oppression COOINIDENTALY began in 1997 UBC / HR were never witnessed involved this despite my continuous appeals to get them on board. UBC / HR'S first APPEARANCE was in July 2008 with UBC / HR'S lindi Frost. Prior as from 1997 to July 2008 this was a CUPE SHIT SHOW.

My FINANCIAL FIGURING as MOTIVE was NEVER addressed by UBC / HR or The CUPE National. This Financial Figuring of mine BEGAN my Punishment by Psychiatric Means or to the extent it was carried, more like Crimes Against Humanity.  Despite the psychological shit kicking that I was subjected too by groups working in collusion I kept this FINANCIAL FIGURING AS MOTIVE UNDERCOVER. 

This should all have been kept UNDERCOVER,  after my THIRD Psychiatric Evaluation on June 04, 2009 I had proved in far more ways than one that UBC / HR with the CUPE National were working with a very dangerous for myself and family a FORGED FORENSIC Psychiatric Medical / Criminal Report putting us in the LINE OF FIRE . As in documenting ME highly suspected to be in the possession of FIRE ARMS.  I truly BELIEVE that in early 2007 I was being SET UP for a SWAT TEAM VISIT. This could have been at my workplace or at my home putting my entire family at RISK. See POINT BY POINT 2007... and 2001.7.6 the BLOCKING of a life determining medical procedure that included a CT SCAN OF THE HEAD / BRAIN both attempts in MAIN STORY link above. 

In my 19 years as first a UBC Employee and second a CUPE local 116 Member THREE TIMES I was put out of the University to face Psychiatric Evaluations.  The SECOND was by a NEUTRAL Psychiatrist in early February 2007, the VERDICT was NO MENTAL ILLNESS, his Report to UBC was short and to the point NO MENTAL ILLNESS "Leave this man alone" he told UBC.  The THIRD was alledgedly by a UBC Employee Psychiatrist Dr. Alan Buchanan on June 04, 2009 the VERDICT not all that bad, "no threat to ANYONE with next to NO Mental Illness." NOTE I said alledgedly. See The Buchanan Report.  I BELIEVE although favorable I believe ALTERED by UBC / HR'S Lindi Frost,  so a FORGERY where this was a FAILED all out effort by UBC / HR'S Lindi Frost to FINISH ME OFF. This by her SIX QUESTIONS all pertaining to VIOLENCE BY ME. 

The FIRST is what my story is mainly about. This was a FORENSIC Psychiatric Medical / Criminal Evaluation by alledgedly UBC Employee Forensic Psychiatrist Dr Elisabeth Zoffmann on May 25, 2001.

The MAIN REASON'S for why UBC / HR'S Michael Vizsolyi REFUSED TO REMOVE my FORENSIC Psychiatric Medical / Criminal Report was in protection of VIP'S. 

ONE being in protection the past UBC / HR FORGER who WROTE  The Zoffmann Report who  ranks very highly in British Columbia Government Human Resources. A stupid Report which reads of a far greater CRIMINAL ACT if it was actually TRUE.  A Report I believe was written in 2006 to put ME in front of a SWAT TEAM in 2007. TWO being in protection of the NON MEDICAL CUPE NATIONAL IMPOSTER who actually PERFORMED what the past UBC / HR FORGER wrote up in 2006 as my life long FORENSIC Psychiatric Medical / Criminal Record. 

As a result of myself and Family lineage being thrown under the bus in protection of VIP'S...

Today in 2026 I remain with a FORENSIC Psychiatric Medical / Criminal Record. The same type of Record that would be given to a Psychopath or a Serial Killer. 

It is a FORGERY written up by UBC / HR  in the later half of 2006 with input from The CUPE Local 116 Executive and The CUPE National.  Not only is it a FORGERY, the Forensic Psychiatric Medical / Criminal Evaluation was PERFORMED by a NON Medical CUPE National IMPOSTER using the CREDENTIALS of a UBC Employee Forensic Psychiatrist. 

This resulted in The CUPE National President Paul Moist giving instructions to his British Columbia CUPE National Representative to KICK ME OUT OF CUPE in July 2008 thus the severing of my 19 Year family's LIVELIHOOD. The reason was for the BRUTAL ACTION was my NON BELIEF in my FORGED FORENSIC Psychiatric Medical / Criminal Report where The CUPE National had released TWO Completely differently formatted versions. So FORGERY of ONE had been proven. 

This Forensic Psychiatric Medical / Criminal Record was last USED against ME in June 2019 when I had to leave my Planning Position at a Vancouver Shipyard as I could NOT complete the required for Employment NATO Criminal Record Clearance. Not submiting my FORENSIC Psychiatric Medical / Criminal Report would have resulted in Criminal Charges against ME. 

In early 2016 I was turned around at the SUMAS border, no reason given, so my 10 year passport Nov 2015 to Nov 2025 I was afraid to test again. 

In early 2022 the HEREDITARY FACTOR of what was documented against ME was brought up by a past family Doctor a Dr. R D. and USED against my eldest son.  This prevented URGENT Spinal Surgery in 2022 from being carried out, resulting in permanent Spinal damage.

The HEREDITARY FACTOR can also be brought up and used against my grand children who are well into their teenage years.

Only I am capable of clearing this VINDICTIVE LIE from my Medical and Criminal Record and my family lineage's Mental Health Record. 

In my story the ONLY ONE PERSON to openly push ME by documentation as MENTALLY ILL had ZERO MEDICAL QUALIFICATIONS and ZERO QUALIFICATIONS of dealing with these issues.  It was my UBC UTILITIES DIRECTOR a Gordon Apperley (A GOOD GUY) who in POINT BY POINT 2000.1 fully supported ME against my CUPE local 116 Executive CONCOCTED Criminal History Building.  Also see POINT BY POINT where he Admits that UBC / HR were writing the letters and he was presured to SIGN them.  The 👉CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY LETTER'S WRITTEN BY UBC / HR FORCING ME ON PSYCHIATRIC MEDICATIONS... MY UBC UTILITIES DIRECTOR FORCED TO SIGN THEM. Technically these letters written by UBC/ HR who had  my UBC UTILITIES DIRECTOR SIGN THEM, 

are also FORGERIES.  

Below is ME as in UBC and CUPE and UBC Forensic Psychiatrist Dr. Elizabeth Zoffmann's BIGGEST EVER CRIMINAL BADASS. 

This was in the Spring of 2008 a few months prior to The CUPE National President Paul Moist giving instructions to his CUPE National Representative Dianne Jolly to KICK ME OUT OF CUPE. This severing my family's livelihood. This for NON BELIEF IN TOTAL BULLSHIT. 

For the VERY FIRST TIME ever UBC / HR were witnessed on board.  This with UBC / HR'S lindi Frost forcing ME to undergo what would be my THIRD Psychiatric Evaluation. Frost who had never met ME or even spoken to ME on the phone was not pushing MENTAL ILLNESS she was pushing VIOLENCE by ME against my Co-Workers and folks at UBC. 

About ME: Born in Glasgow Scotland in 1948. At 16 I joined my FIRST UNION serving a 5 Year Aprenticeship in the Aircraft Industry.  From 21 to 27 in UK work mostly in Construction in multiple trades.  From 17 also served 10 years as a Reserve in the British Parachute Regiment. 

Criminal Record in UK NONE.

Immigrated to Canada 1976 where for 13 years I worked mainly in Management as in Planning and Estimating or Supervision. 

Joined UBC on March 22, 1989 as a UBC Steam Fitter. In early 1990 worked for short period in UBC Planning.  However soon returning to my UBC Steam Fitter Position where I worked until being KICKED OUT OF CUPE in July 2008. FOR MAINLY NON BELIEF in my FORENSIC Psychiatric Medical / Criminal Report issued FIRST by The CUPE National as TRUE. At that point in July 2008, UBC were REFUSING to issue a Copy of the REPORT.  Were FORCED to RELEASE by The British Columbia FREEDOM OF INFORMATION DEPARTMENT... They too released a FORGERY on January 16, 2009... This was 7 1/2 YEARS after the CUPE National President Judy Darcy had performed an ILLEGAL INTEROGATION on ME on May 25,2001. 

Since coming to Canada in September 1976 I was never a hunter or even a fisher.  In Canada I can honestly say that I have NEVER been knowingly within 10 feet of a LIVE FIRE ARM. Above is ME, at this point I had been a 19 year UBC EMPLOYEE and CUPE LOCAL 116 MEMBER. 
In my 19 YEARS there was barely a cross word among my Co Workers, however there was my Inadvertant Financial Encroachment, this was the reason for the ATTACK on ME. This photo was in the Spring of 2008 about 3 months prior to The CUPE National KICKING ME OUT OF CUPE and SEVERING MY FAMILY'S LIVELIHOOD. 
UBC / HR were for the very First Time witnessed on board,  this with UBC/ HR'S Lindi Frost, her FAILED ATTEMPT to FINISH ME OFF. 
The reason was that I did NOT BELIEVE in an error ridden FORENSIC Psychiatric Medical / Criminal Report that they the CUPE National had released TWO Completely differently formatted versions.  One version they had ILLEGALLY ALTERED. Also at this point in 2008 UBC / HR had still NOT RELEASED the Document from May 25, 2001 that I had LEGALLY REQUESTED from early March 2006. I had BELIEVED this document to be in the form of an Anger Management Type Report, this would be the CUPE NORM for a member had momentarily lost in frustrationof CUPE oppression "ONE" INCIDENT in frustration. UBC reluctantly released the OFFICIAL Version on January 16,2009, the 7 1/2 YEARS LATE was a FORGERY written up as a FORENSIC Psychiatric Medical / Criminal Report .  The FORGED Report was written that BADLY it identified a COLLUDED ATTEMPT BY UBC AND CUPE NATIONAL HIERARCHY TO END MY LIFE. 
So UNBELIEVABLE, I couldn't accept this as being TRUE.
The TURNING POINT for ME took a while when I discovered the UNTHINKABLE.  In December 2019 I discovered that UBC / HR were PERMITTING NON MEDICAL CUPE NATIONAL IMPOSTER'S to USE THE CREDENTIALS of UBC EMPLOYEE PSYCHIATRISTS to to carry out in my case a FORENSIC Psychiatric Medical / Criminal Evaluation’s on unsuspecting UBC Employee's / CUPE Members. This was an unforgivable PRIVACY INTRUSION of not only ME but the PRIVACY of my ENTIRE FAMILY. 
My BELIEF from December 2019 that it was the 2001 CUPE National PRESIDENT by IDENTITY FRAUD that PERFORMED my Forensic Psychiatric Medical / Criminal Evaluation . At this point in December 2019 I was seeing the NON MEDICAL IMPOSTER as the current British Columbia NDP Minister Of Mental Health and Drug Addiction. This was the MAIN REASON THIS COULD NOT GET RESOLVED.
