PUNITIVE PSYCHIATRY IS REAL IN CANADA .

What I was pushing was Punishment by Psychiatric Means, however it should read more like CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY being practiced by The CUPE National and UBC / HR who had influence over their UBC Employee Psychiatrist's. My MAIN STORY explains why I became The CUPE National and UBC / HR's BIGGEST EVER CRIMINAL BADASS. It was NOT for anything that I had done, it was for what I was inadvertently encroaching on Financially. I became a LOOSE END that had to be DESTROYED.

Today in 2026 I REMAIN with a FORENSIC Psychiatric Medical / Criminal Record. This the EXACT SAME type of Record as would be given to perhaps a Psychopath or Serial Killer. However a Psychopath or Serial Killer would have got a fair hearing. With ME it became documented in August 2009 that I was NOT to be permitted any CUPE Co-Worker Witnesses. What was documented as PERMITTED was that an ASSIGNMENT which if NO FORGERY was given by a complete stranger to ME, as in what had to be The CUPE National President Judy Darcy to have ME Committed Under the Mental Health Act. Well again documented on the FORGERY. 

My Forensic Psychiatric Medical / Criminal Record was last USED against ME in June 2019 when I had to leave my Planning Position at a North Vancouver Shipyard as I could NOT pass the required for Employment NATO Criminal Record Clearance. This was the SECOND TIME that I had lost my livelihood due to a LIE being pushed by The CUPE National and UBC / HR. FACT.

In early 2022 the HEREDITARY FACTOR of what was documented against ME was brought up at a ZOOM MEETING and USED against my eldest son. This prevented URGENT Spinal Surgery in 2002 which caused permanent damage, which could now put him in a wheelchair for the rest of his life. FACT.

The HEREDITARY FACTOR can also be USED against my grand children who are well into their teenage years. 

I can not allow this to happen again, only I am capable of clearing this VINDICTIVE LIE from myself and my family lineages names. 2026 IS THE YEAR THIS GETS REMOVED. 

Where this came from...

On May 25, 2001 I had truly BELIEVED that I had underwent some type of Anger Management Consultation by a UBC Employee Psychiatrist Dr.  Elizabeth Zoffmann. That would have been the CUPE Norm for a one off retalitory incident by ME.  THAT NEVER HAPPENED.

What became documented many years later on as happened on that day of May 25, 2001... That I had underwent a full blown FORENSIC Psychiatric Medical / Criminal Evaluation by UBC Employee Forensic Psychiatrist Dr.  Elizabeth Zoffmann. This where I was NOT PERMITTED any co-worker witnesses. This with an ILLEGAL ASSIGNMENT by what had to have been given by the CUPE National President Judy Darcy to have ME Committed Under The Mental Health Act. THAT NEVER HAPPENED EITHER.

What actually happened on that fateful day of May 25, 2001 was that I underwent a highly illegal 4 HOUR RECORDED INTEROGATION by The CUPE National President Judy Darcy using the CREDENTIALS of UBC Employee FORENSIC Psychiatrist Dr.  Elizabeth Zoffmann. HAPPENED. 

So from IDENITY FRAUD there should be NO PAPERWORK of any description, and certainly as NO FORENSIC Psychiatric Medical / Criminal Report. However Forensic Psychiatric Medical / Criminal PAPERWORK certainly EXISTS. PAPERWORK that has been USED and SUPPORTED as TRUE by UBC / HR, CUPE National, UBC Department Of Psychiatry folks and folks from The British Columbia College Of Physicians and Surgeons. This PAPERWORK stands as TRUTH today in 2026. 

This is what happens when your UBC Employer has its OWN Department Of Psychiatry, where their Employee Psychiatrist's fall under the SAME Human Resources Department as all other UBC Employee's. ALSO where UBC / HR have a COVERT Special Assignments Team,  who write up Psychiatric Reports for their UBC Employee Psychiatrist's.  Also where your CUPE National Union see NO CONFLICT OF INTEREST to allow these Empoyee Psychiatrist's to perform FORENSIC Psychiatric Medical / Criminal Evaluation’s on their CUPE Members. Well in my case it goes way beyond that. Where UBC / HR permit NON Medical folks to USE the CREDENTIALS of their UBC Employee Psychiatrist's to PERFORM what in my case got written up by UBC / HR and USED YEARS LATER as a life long FORENSIC Psychiatric Medical / Criminal Report. 

For the sake of some good people at UBC who got involved in this credibility's should have been kept undercover. 

However for UBC / HR and and CUPE National people who worked in collusion to I BELIEVE END MY LIFE not so much. 

If a FORENSIC Psychiatric Medical / Criminal Report written up against ME in 2001 was TRUE, then released 7 1 / 2 YEARS after the fact.  Then it can not be disputed that there was the Criminal Act of  ATTEMPTED MURDER. This by the intentional BLOCKING by UBC and CUPE National Hierarchy of a Life Determining Medical Procedure. 

If UNTRUE there was a Criminal Act of FORGERY. I could have actually ran with my ATTEMPTED MURDER, however FORGERY is what was BELIEVED by ME, and that is what I pushed. However The CUPE National with UBC / HR stood FIRM with the FORGERY and USED ALL CONTENT as full truth, this to push further Psychiatric Evaluations on ME.  This to get ME to BELIEVE and SIGN OFF ON. 

This was insanity at it's finest, was there something else that I was missing. Something less than what was documented as my ATTEMPTED MURDER but greater than the FORGERY of FORENSIC Psychiatric Medical / Criminal Report.  YES! There was the UNTHINKABLE... There NEVER WAS a FORENSIC Psychiatric Medical / Criminal Evaluation performed on ME by a UBC Employee Forensic Psychiatrist Dr. Elizabeth Zoffmann.  So there should be NO FORENSIC PAPERWORK, however there is PAPERWORK, and again it stands today in 2026.

There was an ILLEGAL INTEROGATION performed on ME by the 2001 CUPE National President Judy Darcy using the CREDENTIALS of  UBC FORENSIC Psychiatrist Dr. Elizabeth Zoffmann.  This in VIOLATION of  not only my PRIVACY but the PRIVACY of my ENTIRE FAMILY. This was a RECORDED INTEROGATION a Crime Against Humanity, among those listening in were The CUPE Local 116 Executive and a CUPE Local 116 Committee that were put together by them to CONCOCT ME with a Criminal History.

Probably the worst 6 Months of my 55 years as a worker was from April 2002 until October 2002. The REGISTERED LETTER'S which WRITTEN by UBC / HR Special Assingments team, with my UBC Utilities Director (Good Guy) was being FORCED to SIGN them as his letters. These Registered Letter's were FORCING ME on PSYCHIATRIC MEDICATIONS  👉 LINK TO LETTER'S COMING SOON.  The letters WRITTEN BY UBC / HR who FORCED my UBC UTILITIES DIRECTOR (again good guy) to SIGN them and CC'D only to The CUPE National. Why would these letters NOT be cc'd to UBC Human Resources... ANSWER, they were writing the LETTERS. 

Again There was NEVER a FORENSIC Psychiatric Medical / Criminal Evaluation performed on ME by a UBC Employee Forensic Psychiatrist named Dr. Elizabeth Zoffmann.  There was an ILLEGAL INTEROGATION PERFORMED ON ME BY THE CUPE NATIONAL PRESIDENT JUDY DARCY. 

 

This FORCED ON PSYCHIATRIC MEDICATION on ME in 2002 was a CRIME AGAINST HUMANITY. This was REASON that I pushed to REVIEW what what UBC Employee Psychiatrist Dr. Elizabeth Zoffmann had written about ME from the thought by ME Anger Management Consultation on May 25, 2001. However this was a TOP SECRET Report being HIDDEN by UBC / HR and The CUPE National.  It was NEVER to be released... As there was NO Report. 

THE REASON WHY I PUSHED BEYOND 2007 TO REVIEW A REPORT FROM A THOUGHT ANGER MANAGEMENT TYPE CONSULTATION FROM A THOUGHT ANGER MANAGEMENT TYPE CONSULTATION ON MAY 25, 2001, THOUGHT PERFORMED BY UBC EMPLOYEE DR. ELIZABETH ZOFFMANN. 

As a UBC Employee and CUPE Local 116 Member, early in 2007 I came to the REALIZATION that The CUPE National with wanted UBC / HR WANTED OR NEEDED ME DEAD. Although UBC Hierarchy or UBC / HR were NEVER witnessed on board until JULY 2008 I am certain that they were on board with this EVIL PLOT to be carried out in early 2007. I BELIEVED that I was being SET UP to face a SWAT TEAM.  See MAIN STORY POINT BY POINT 2006 and 2007 The two CUPE Local 116 SUICIDES of folks connected to my story.

In the FORENSIC FORGERY I am documented as BORDERLINE INSANE with a Persecutary Delusional Disorder and very highly suspected to be in the possession of FIRE ARMS. Within the FORENSIC FORGERY, FIRE ARMS is repeated over and over as yet to be found by COLLATERAL MEANS... WHY repeated so many times. 

My termination attempts as in attempts to permanently eliminate ME, two of them had been very clearly OUTLINED in a FORENSIC Psychiatric Medical / Criminal Report that was issued by The CUPE National British Columbia Representative Dianne Jolly on December 08, 2006.  MAIN STORY POINT BY POINT 2001.7.4 An attempt by given Assingment to have ME put into an ASYLUM, there was a documented narrow miss,  so if successful,  a one way ticket.

Then there was 2001.7.6 this where a UBC Medical Expert suspected ME with perhaps a Brain Aneurism,  Cerebral Hemorrhage, Cancerous Tumor, Blood Clot or other killer if left untreated.  There was a recommended life determining procedure which included a CT SCAN OF THE HEAD / BRAIN.  With this UBC and CUPE National Hierarchy HID this critical life determining medical procedure from myself and my family's review.  This BLOCKING Medical Treatment.  Attempted Murder if TRUE. 

I BELIEVED these attempts in what was CLEARLY documented was BULLSHIT, and what was documented was a FORGERY. However if TRUE it cannot be DISPUTED that there were TWO colluded attempts to END MY LIFE. For ME that was not the scary part of the FORGERY. The scary part came by a WARNING by a UBC Manager where in early 2007 he said BEWARE JOHN. This warning put ME on high alert. In early March 2006 I had made an OFFICIAL REQUEST to UBC AVP Lisa Castle to REVIEW what I thought was some type of Anger Management Consultation Report from an EVENT that took place on May 25, 2001. Within the date of my request and the December 08, 2006 DATE of the issuing of the PAPERWORK from that EVENT there were TWO SUICIDE DEATHS by CUPE Local 116 Members. One by PROPANE TANK the other by FIRE ARM. The two CUPE local 116 Members just happened to be part of the SAME CUPE Local 116 Committee that was put together by The CUPE Local 116 Executive to FRAME ME with a CONCOCTED History of WORKPLACE VIOLENCE against my Co-Workers. Possibly these two CUPE Local 116 SUICIDED members were AWARE of the UNTHINKABLE, as above. As in loose ends. 

Another loose end... Also in 2006 There was the disapearance of a CUPE Local 116 Secretary. Both the CUPE Secretary and I were working together in 2005 against The CUPE Local 116 Executive to clear or names of CONCOCTED Criminal History Building. See LINK 👉 THE CUPE SECRETARY SCANDAL.  Her CUPE Local 116 Executive oppression began in the exact SAME year as mine did. Did she make it OUT ALIVE.  Her name Maureen R1v1ngt@n. 

My honest BELIEF is that The CUPE National with UBC / HR in the background were going to connect ME with one of these TWO SUICIDES CUPE Local 116 SUIDIDES. Is it COOINCIDENCE that in FORENSIC FORGERY which has ME as BORDERLINE INSANE with suspected and left untreated BRAIN DISEASE I am documented with a Persecutary Delusional Disorder and THREE SEPARATE TIMES it is REPEATED that FIRE ARMS were YET to be found on ME by COLATERAL MEANS. With the FORGED FORENSIC PAPERWORK, in early 2007 the stage had been set. Again in early 2007 I was TIPPED OF by a UBC Manager where he said BEWARE JOHN. 

WHY THIS EXTREME HATRED OF ME BY CUPE , BOTH LOCAL 116 EXECUTIVE AND NATIONAL LEVEL? Well several reasons. AGAIN UBC / HR do not show face until July 2008.

REASON 1. There was a Workers Compensation Claim that I WON, this was my FIRST EVER WCB CLAIM where a UBC Manager had LIED. His LIE I BELIEVE began the WORKERS COMPENSATION RETURN TO WORK PROGRAM AT UBC and perhaps even across CANADA. This cost UBC MONEY. For this UBC / HR stayed in the background, and allowed my CUPE Local 116 Executive to CONCOCT ME with a Criminal History. There was an all-out attempt by them in March 2002 to have ME incarcerated via the UBC RCMP. 

REASON 2. I later figured out how The WCB system worked at UBC. What I figured was that UBC had a system in place that allowed them to POCKET all WCB incoming monies.  My figuring was $600,000 weekly. The CUPE National were on board for this.. What they pushed was Punishment by Psychiatric Means. 👉 MY FINANCIAL FIGURING ON HOW THE WCB SYSTEM WORKED AT UBC.  

REASON 3. In 1996 the average UBC Manager Salary was around 50K. FACT In 1997 the average UBC Manager Salary soared to closer to $125K. Well this was FACT in the UBC Land and Building Services Department where trades educated UBC Managers saw increases as high as 300%. Also sharing these MEGA SALARY HIKES in 1997 were CUPE Local 116 Executive Folks. From that CUPE National folks.  This probably the reason for why The CUPE National unconstitutionally pushed my CUPE Local 116 Executive to the side and had taken  over as my OFFICIAL misrepresentation.

REASON 4. Which was the UNTHINKABLE undiscovered by ME... Well until December 2019.  The THOUGHT Anger Management Consultation from the May 25,2001 where from early March 2006 I made my OFFICIAL REQUEST to review the PAPERWORK.  This was not only a FORENSIC FORGERY.  The EVENT on that day was PERFORMED by The 2001 CUPE National President Judy Darcy. 

Reason 4 this is the MAIN REASON why this could NEVER GET RESOLVED, this is why even although I had proved beyond any shadow of doubt that the PAPERWORK issued by both The CUPE National and UBC was a FORGERY. This FORGED FORENSIC PSYCHIATRIC PAPERWORK with abuse of power was also fully supported by The British Columbia College Of Physicians and Surgeons... everything documented had to REMAIN as documented. 

On July 2008 by an order from The CUPE National President Paul Moist, his British Columbia Representative Dianne Jolly would KICKED ME OUT OF CUPE and severed my family's livelihood. I had been a 19 YEAR Member.  The reason was that I did NOT BELIEVE in PAPERWORK that had been issued by The CUPE National.  The CUPE National Representative Dianne Jolly had issued TWO differently formatted Versions of PAPERWORK from an EVENT from May 25, 2001. This EVENT thought by ME was an Anger Management Report from an Anger Management Evaluation thought by ME performed by UBC Employee Psychiatrist Dr. Elizabeth Zoffmann. Anger Management would be the CUPE NORM for a member who momentarily loses it... ONE incident in retaliation for years of CUPE Local 116 Opression. However The PAPERWORK was far more EXTREME, the two versions were identifying a FORENSIC Psychiatric Medical / Criminal Report. How this actually turns out was not only was the PAPERWORK one of the Worlds Worst Forensic Psychiatric Medical / Criminal FORGERIES. The Evaluation were this came from was FRAUDULENTLY PERFORMED by Paul Moist predecessor as in The CUPE National President Judy Darcy.  See PAPERWORK and my many proofs of FORGERY 👉 THE ZOFFMANN FORGERY SEE EXHIBIT A 

From July 2008 The CUPE National were NEVER heard from again, this would be passed over to UBC / HR who for the VERY FIRST TIME witnessed on board, this with UBC / HR'S lindi Frost who was fully aware of both FORGERY and the IDENTITY FRAUD by The CUPE National President Judy Darcy. Frost would attempt to FINISH ME OFF with by bringing another UBC Employee Psychiatrist on board or perhaps it was another IMPOSTER using the credentials of a UBC Employee Psychiatrist Dr. Alan Buchanan. This did not quite work out as planned by UBC / HR'S Lindi Frost.  See PAPERWORK from this Report 👉 THE BUCHANAN REPORT pay attention to the differential diagnosis, the FONT SPACING, and in particular The MANDATORY GAF SCORE of 75,  I should have been over 85, however 75 is not too shabby for a Glasgow Scotsman. 

The Buchanan Report was 100% PROOF that my Forensic Psychiatric Medical / Report was a FORGERY.  From the end of 2009 UBC / HR'S Michael Vizsolyi had appointed himself as my ONLY PERMITTED UBC CONTACT. I had given him my many proofs of FORGERY. Vizsolyi who was also fully aware of both FORGERY and my undiscovered  IDENTITY FRAUD made the INHUMANE DECISION that EVERYTHING DOCUMENTED AGAINST ME STANDS AS FULL TRUTH. 

CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY being practiced by The University Of British Columbia with The CUPE National. For years I pushed this as Punishment by Psychiatric Means, however that term is far too light. There was an ILLEGAL INTEROGATION by a NON Medical CUPE National Specialist. Then based on a LIE the termination of family livlihood followed by FORGED FORENSIC Psychiatric Medical / Report written with EXTREME HATRED. The HATRED within the FORGERY had ME as documented with BRAIN DISEASE, BORDERLINE INSANE this with a Persecutary Delusional Disorder and over and over it was repeated about how FIRE ARMS had to be found on ME by COLATERAL MEANS. 

If your going to write this type of VENOMOUS HATRED into a FORENSIC FORGERY, make sure you get the DATE of the Evaluation as not on a SUNDAY two months prior to the actual date. Also don't spell my NAME wrong FOUR TIMES. Also do not show 2006 content in a 2001 Report. Last but not least the Differential Diagnosis make sure the MANDATORY GAF SCORE EXISTS. 

Main Story with yearly POINT BY POINT oppression by my Local 116 Executive, followed by Punishment by Psychiatric Means or closer to Crimes Against Humanity by The CUPE National with UBC / HR. This BEGAN way back in 1997, UBC / HR never  showed face until  July 2008. This was when The CUPE National President Paul Moist gave instruction to his British Columbia CUPE NATIONAL Representative Dianne Jolly to KICK ME OUT OF CUPE this severing my family's livelihood.  The reason for this inhumane act was my NON BELIEF in a FORENSIC Psychiatric Medical / Criminal Report on ME that clearly documented two attempts by the CUPE National to  permanently eliminate ME 👉 MAIN STORY .  I could have actually ran with my  ATTEMPTED MURDER, however I tried to COVER IT UP. I actually tried to cover the whole thing up, this to save UBC Credibilities.

Although I could have ran with my ATTEMPTED MURDER I tried to COVER this up. I ran FORGERY, however there was way more than just FORGERY, there was also the IDENTITY FRAUD. 

 

BELOW IS ME = UBC AND CUPE'S BIGGEST EVER CRIMINAL BADASS. WHO WERE THE REAL BAD ASSES?

John Stewart born Glasgow Scotland. At 16 year old in 1964 I joined by first UNION serving a 5 year Aprenticeship in the Aircraft Industry.  From 1970 to 1976 worked in Construction (multi trade). Also in Scotland served 10 years as a Reserve in the British Parachute Regiment... Came to Canada in September 1976 worked for 15 years mainly in Management and Supervision. I joined UBC on March 22, 1989 at the age of 41. 

On the outside of UBC my Criminal Record was ONE PHOTO RADAR TICKET. On the inside of UBC my Criminal Record was ONE FORENSIC PSYCHIATRIC MEDICAL / CRIMINAL RECORD. 

On FIRE ARMS since coming to Canada 🇨🇦 in September 1976 never a hunter or even a fisher.  I can honestly say that in Canada I never even touched a live FIRE ARM of any description. 

There was certainly BAD ASSES in my story, let's identify them. As in those at The CUPE National and UBC / HR who WORKED TOGETHER to DESTROY ME.  

Again WHY in a FORGED FORENSIC Psychiatric Medical / Criminal FORGERY would FIRE ARMS be repeated over and over as yet to be found by COLLATERAL MEANS. 

INTRODUCTION TO A BAD ASS CUPE NATIONAL HORROR STORY. 
Above is ME, at this point I had been a 19 year UBC EMPLOYEE and CUPE LOCAL 116 MEMBER. 
In my 19 YEARS there was barely a cross word among my Co Workers, however there was my Inadvertant Financial Encroachment, this was the reason for the ATTACK on ME. This photo was in the Spring of 2008 about 3 months prior to The CUPE National KICKING ME OUT OF CUPE and SEVERING MY FAMILY'S LIVELIHOOD. 
UBC / HR were for the very First Time witnessed on board,  this with UBC/ HR'S Lindi Frost, her FAILED ATTEMPT to FINISH ME OFF. 
The reason was that I did NOT BELIEVE in an error ridden FORENSIC Psychiatric Medical / Criminal Report that they the CUPE National had released TWO Completely differently formatted versions.  One version they had ILLEGALLY ALTERED. Also at this point in 2008 UBC / HR had still NOT RELEASED the Document from May 25, 2001 that I had LEGALLY REQUESTED from early March 2006. I had BELIEVED this document to be in the form of an Anger Management Type Report, this would be the CUPE NORM for a member had momentarily lost in frustrationof CUPE oppression "ONE" INCIDENT in frustration. UBC reluctantly released the OFFICIAL Version on January 16,2009, the 7 1/2 YEARS LATE was a FORGERY written up as a FORENSIC Psychiatric Medical / Criminal Report .  The FORGED Report was written that BADLY it identified a COLLUDED ATTEMPT BY UBC AND CUPE NATIONAL HIERARCHY TO END MY LIFE. 
So UNBELIEVABLE, I couldn't accept this as being TRUE.
The TURNING POINT for ME took a while when I discovered the UNTHINKABLE.  In December 2019 I discovered that UBC / HR were PERMITTING NON MEDICAL CUPE NATIONAL IMPOSTER'S to USE THE CREDENTIALS of UBC EMPLOYEE PSYCHIATRISTS to to carry out in my case a FORENSIC Psychiatric Medical / Criminal Evaluation’s on unsuspecting UBC Employee's / CUPE Members. This was an unforgivable PRIVACY INTRUSION of not only ME but the PRIVACY of my ENTIRE FAMILY. 
My BELIEF from December 2019 that it was the 2001 CUPE National PRESIDENT by IDENTITY FRAUD that PERFORMED my Forensic Psychiatric Medical / Criminal Evaluation . At this point in December 2019 I was seeing the NON MEDICAL IMPOSTER as the current British Columbia NDP Minister Of Mental Health and Drug Addiction. This was the MAIN REASON THIS COULD NOT GET RESOLVED. 

FINANCIAL MOTIVE. See 👉THE UBC WHISTLE BLOWER , well I was the UBC Whistle Blower who took a psychological shit kicking and NEVER blew the whistle .

This was related to ME winning my FIRST EVER Workers Compensation Claim where a UBC Manager had LIED.  His LIE forever changed the way the Workers Compensation System worked at UBC. His LIE I believe the WORKERS COMPENSATION RETURN TO WORK PROGRAM at UBC and perhaps even in CANADA.  This was very costly for UBC, as I would go on to figure that UBC had a system in place that allowed them to pocket all incoming monies. 

These three pages below was sent in by ME to the two UBC AVPS and The CUPE Local 116 Executive. Date sent April 23, 2002. In the strictest of PRIVACY.  

Anyhow this Financial Figuring is way more believable than the FORENSIC Psychiatric Medical / Criminal Report. 

In 1996 The Average UBC Manager Salary in our Land and Building Services Department was 50K +.

In 1997 The Average UBC Manager Salary in our Land and Building Services Department was 125K +. FACT 

The two UBC AVP'S who I sent this into salary in 1996 was 75K.. In 1997 250k or there abouts. FACT

The CUPE Local 116 President in 1996 50K + In 1997 80K+ FACT.

The CUPE National President in 1996 according to Google 50K +.  In 1997 by LOGIC higher than the CUPE Local 116 President. 

THESE THREE PAGES WERE SENT BY ME ON APRIL 23 2002 TO THE TWO UBC / AVPS AND THE CUPE LOCAL 116 PRESIDENT IN STRICT CONFIDENCE. THIS WAS 11 MONTHS AFTER MY ILLEGAL INTEROGATION BY THE CUPE NATIONAL PRESIDENT JUDY DARCY ON MAY 25, 2001. AT THIS POINT I HAD STILL BEEN ON PAID LEAVE FROM UBC.
