Main Story on UBC / HR and CUPE NATIONAL Punishment by Psychiatric Means 👉 HERE . This where The CUPE National who were the main initiators, worked with UBC / HR to force ME to BELIEVE and SIGN OFF in a FORENSIC Psychiatric Medical / Criminal Report that was INVENTED by UBC / HR. As in a FORGERY.
This Report stems from a thought by ME Anger Management type Consultation performed on ME on May 25, 2001 by UBC Employee Psychiatrist Dr. Elizabeth Zoffmann.
The PAPERWORK from this was being WITHELD by both UBC and The CUPE National.
The PAPERWORK was first released by The CUPE National on December 08, 2006, this was after 5 YEARS of holding or HIDING.
This CUPE National release was A FORGERY that had been ILLEGALLY ALTERED by I suspect The CUPE National. It was not my suspected Anger Management Report, it read of a way more serious Report. This as there was Content about an attempt to have ME Committed Under The Mental Health Act... and more.
By August 2007 the undisputable FORGERY was deemed as OFFICIAL by British Columbia College Of Physicians and Surgeons. Also the UBC Employee Dr. Elizabeth Zoffmann put her name to this document which had been ALTERED by others, I assume the CUPE National as there was NO UBC / HR witnessed on board.
POSITIVE Proof of FORGERY came on July 11, 2008 when The CUPE National released a SECOND quite differently formatted Version of the SAME PAPERWORK.

What The CUPE National had released was NOT an Anger Management Type Report. It was an error filled FORENSIC Psychiatric Medical / Criminal Report. This would be far too TO SEVERE a PUNISHMENT. As WHY would I be sent for a full blown FORENSIC Psychiatric Medical / Criminal Evaluation. Again this with an attempt to have ME PUT INTO AN ASYLUM... again and more.
From this, my BELIEF was that there was a different report that UBC were still HIDING, again along the lines of an Anger Management Type Report... this would be the NORM for a CUPE Member Workplace misdemeanor.
By this time in JULY 2008 The CUPE National had KICKED ME OUT OF CUPE and severed my family's livelihood for NON BELIEF in the CONTENT of which I called the WORLDS WORST FORENSIC FORGERY.
From July 2008 UBC / HR were for the very first time witnessed on board this with UBC / HR'S lindi Frost. Frost was in no way trying to RESOLVE the situation. What was happening with the USE of these TWO differently formatted versions issued by the CUPE National she began from July 2008 working with another UBC Employee Psychiatrist a Dr. Alan Buchanan.
NOTE: At this point in July 2008 UBC have still NOT RELEASED the OFFICIAL VERSION of UBC Employee Psychiatrist Dr. Elizabeth Zoffmann's Report.
On January 16, 2009 with presure by OPIC UBC Finally released the PAPERWORK from May 25, 2001. A FORGERY it is the SAME Report as issued by The CUPE National on July 11, 2008 .
January 16, 2009 was the OFFICIAL RELEASE by The UBC Freedom Of Information Department. The Evaluation was on May 25, 2001... According to the OFFICIAL Release the date sent to UBC was June 12, 2001. From this UBC were HIDING the Medical Content from myself and family members for SEVEN AND A HALF YEARS ( 7 1/2)... WHY were they HIDING MEDICAL INFORMATION?
Anyhow with TWO completely differently formatted versions of UBC Employee Psychiatrist Dr. Elizabeth Zoffmann's Report, I have PROOF OF FORGERY. With this PROOF I DECIDE to attend the Psychiatric Evaluation that has been set up solely by UBC / HR'S Lindi Frost. Again this by a Psychiatrist of HER CHOICE, as in UBC Employee Psychiatrist Dr. Alan Buchanan.

The process for handling misconduct
