PUNITIVE PSYCHIATRY IS REAL IN CANADA .

My MAIN STORY shows POINT BY POINT DETAIL of CUPE oppression and ABUSE OF PSYCHIATRY. Added to that CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY, this by UBC / HR and The CUPE National working in collusion against ME. 

Would it be a Crime Against Humanity to LIE about a UBC Employee / CUPE Member as being Seriously Mentally Ill and then FORCE him on Psychiatric Medication. This making him believe that he had underwent a full blown FORENSIC Psychiatric Medical / Criminal Evaluation by a UBC Employee Forensic Psychiatrist, with full knowledge that he did NOT.  At the time I was being FORCED on PSYCHIATRIC MEDICATIONS I had never in my life MET a UBC Employee Forensic Psychiatrist.

Would it be a Crime Against Humanity for UBC with The CUPE National Hierarchy to attempt to END THE LIFE of a UBC Employee / CUPE Member. Both below are very REAL and FACTUAL in my story... If NO FORGERY. 

Today in 2026 I REMAIN with a FORENSIC Psychiatric Medical / Criminal RECORD, this the EXACT SAME type as would be given to a Psychopath or a Serial Killer. This comes with a HEREDITARY FACTOR. The HEREDITARY FACTOR of what was FORGED and documented against ME was brought up by a past family Doctor Dr. Ronald D.M and USED against my eldest son in early 2022, this prevented URGENT Spinal Surgery, resulting in unrepairable spinal nerve damage. 

For ME in June 2019 I had to leave my Planning Position at a Vancouver Shipyard as I could NOT complete the required NATO CRIMINAL RECORD CLEARANCE required for Employment. 

The HEREDITARY FACTOR can be used against my grand children who are well into their teenage years. 

2026 let's hope is the year that this is CRIMINALY PROVED AS A FORENSIC FORGERY. The year this gets removed from my Criminal and Medical History and my family lineage's Medical History. 

There is MORE the FORENSIC PSYCHIATRIC MEDICAL / CRIMINAL EVALUATION where this HATRED came from I BELIEVE was PERFORMED by a NON MEDICAL IMPOSTER using the CREDENTIALS of a UBC Employee FORENSIC Psychiatrist.  That NON MEDICAL IMPOSTER I BELIEVE was The 2001 CUPE National President Judy Darcy. See POINT BY POINT 2019 in my MAIN STORY. 

In the entirety of the worst CUPE story in Canadian History which began in 1997 UBC / HR did NOT SHOW FACE for ELEVEN YEARS as in July 2008. July 2008 was the month and year that The CUPE National President Paul Moist gave instruction to his British Columbia Representative Dianne Jolly to KICK ME OUT OF CUPE. This severing my family's livelihood. I had been a  19 YEAR CUPE MEMBER. The REASON for my NON BELIEF in a FORENSIC Psychiatric Medical / Criminal Report, where if TRUE it was clearly documented that there was TWO ATTEMPTS by The CUPE National to permanently ELIMINATE ME.... As in MURDER ME. 

I could have ran with this, however I tried to COVER IT UP. Silly ME... However what is documented still remains as OFFICIAL. 

The FIRST ATTEMPT as per my POINT BY POINT 2001.7.4 where if TRUE an attempt by The CUPE National President Judy Darcy to have ME Committed Under The Mental Health Act.  A ONE WAY TICKET if The CUPE National with UBC / HR had managed to pull this off.

The SECOND ATTEMPT way more serious, as per my POINT BY POINT 2001.7.6. It was documented by a UBC Employee Forensic Psychiatric Medical EXPERT that I was very seriously mentally ill and highly suspected with BRAIN DISEASE such as an Anyerism, Cerebral Hemorrhage, Cancerous Tumor, Blood Clot or other killer if left Untreated.  It was highly recommended by this UBC Employee Forensic EXPERT that a life determining medical procedure be carried out, this included a CT SCAN OF THE HEAD / BRAIN. This CRITICAL Medical Information was in the hands of The CUPE National and UBC on June 12, 2001. Both UBC with CUPE National Hierarchy and the UBC Employee Forensic Medical EXPERT made the inhumane decision to HIDE and BLOCK this CRITICAL LIFE DETERMINING MEDICAL PROCEDURE from being carried out. A Crime Against Humanity if TRUE.

Within the FORENSIC FORGERY was there a THIRD ATTEMPT see POINT BY POINT 2007, a attempt to put ME in front of a SWAT TEAM. Why in a FORGED FORENSIC Psychiatric Medical / Criminal Report would FIRE ARMS to be found on ME by COLATERAL MEANS be REPEATED THREE TIMES. 

The OFFICIAL RELEASE of CRITICAL MEDICAL INFORMATION was by The UBC Freedom Of Information Department on January 16, 2009... this was 7 1/ 2 YEARS LATE. I was already a long time DEAD if TRUE.

The UNOFFICIAL RELEASE of this CRITICAL MEDICAL INFORMATION was by The British Columbia CUPE National Representative Dianne Jolly who released TWO DIFFERENTLY FORMATTED VERSIONS. One VERSION on December 08, 2006 where the CUPE National had ILLEGALLY EDITED OUT CONTENT. 

A SECOND VERSION on July 11, 2008 which was 6 YEARS LATE. Again if this content was TRUE I would have already been DEAD.

FINANCIAL MOTIVE: in 1997 when my CUPE Local 116 Oppression BEGAN there was a MASSIVE TRANSFER of MONIES at UBC as per this link 👉 MY 2002 FINANCIAL FIGURING AS MOTIVE.   What did this have to do with ME? Absolutely NOTHING. Or perhaps EVERYTHING. I believe I became a LOOSE END that UBC and CUPE thought could EXPOSE what may have been ILLEGAL.  My FINANCIAL FIGURING was a YEAR AFTER my... well what became documented as my FORENSIC Psychiatric Medical / Criminal Record. This from my FORENSIC Psychiatric Medical / Criminal Evaluation performed by UBC Employee Forensic Psychiatrist Dr. Elizabeth Zoffmann on May 25, 2001. The DESTINATION of TRANSFER of  MONIES secured UNPRECEDENTED SALARY HIKES to UBC Management and CUPE Local 116 Executive Folks. These Salary Hikes in many cases EXCEEDED 300%.  CUPE Local 116 Executive Folks 80 to 90%. This is FACT a FORENSIC AUDIT would verify that I am CORRECT.

Of course from my POINT BY POINT 2019 that NEVER ACTUALLY HAPPENED on May 25, 2001. What actually happened on that day of May 25, 2001 was that I was ILLEGALLY INTEROGATED by The CUPE National President Judy Darcy who was ILLEGALLY using the CREDENTIALS of UBC Employee Psychiatrist Dr.Elizabeth Zoffmann.

As a 19 Year UBC Employee and CUPE Local 116 Member I was forced to undergo THREE Psychiatric Evaluations... one Psychiatrist who was NEUTRAL who saw NO Mental Illness, and ME as a violent threat to NOBODY...

 a SECOND Psychiatrist who was a UBC Employee Psychiatrist also saw ME as NORMAL with a GAF SCORE of 75... and again a violent  threat to NOBODY. However there was a THIRD Psychiatrist this one a UBC Employee FORENSIC Psychiatrist Dr. Elizabeth Zoffmann she, although she couldn't spell my NAME correctly, and got the DATE of the Evaluation WRONG... It became documented as ME as BORDERLINE INSANE with a Persecutary Delusional Disorder and very highly suspected to be in the possession of FIRE ARMS... Within the FORENSIC Report there had been a given ASSIGNMENT for ME to be put into an ASYLUM... 

Who gave that ILLEGAL ASSIGNMENT? NOT UBC / HR they were NEVER WITNESSED on board until years later. It was ONE year later when the CUPE National showed face... So again... Who gave the ASSINGMENT!

Also within the FORENSIC Report the UBC Forensic Medical Expert saw ME with the probability of a Brain Aneurism, Cerebral Hemorrhage, Cancerous Tumor, Blood Clot or other killer if not treated IMMEDIATELY.  The UBC Forensic Medical Expert had RECOMMENDED that a life determining medical procedure be carried out which included a CT SCAN OF THE HEAD / BRAIN. If this were actually TRUE, 7 to 10 business days it would have been released.  This life determining medical information was HIDDEN and BLOCKED by UBC for 7 1/2 YEARS... 

For ME I was in NON BELIEF of these TWO attempts to permanently ELIMINATE ME.  However for my NON BELIEF again in TWO attempts by my UBC Employer and my CUPE National Union to Eliminate ME was a serious  PROBLEM for The CUPE National and UBC / HR. As in I HAD TO BELIEVE in the colluded attempt by The CUPE National and UBC  Hierarchy to END MY LIFE.  BULLSHIT was my BELIEF.  However I TRIED TO COVER IT UP.  On HIND SIGHT I should have ran with my ATTEMPTED MURDER. 

What I DID BELIEVE was that within the FORENSIC FORGERY there was a THIRD ATTEMPT TO END MY LIFE... In my 👉 MAIN STORY there POINT BY POINT DETAIL in 2006 there was TWO SUICIDES of CUPE Local 116 Member's both like ME were LOOSE ENDS.  Both of these TWO CUPE local 116 Members were part of a FIVE person CUPE local 116 Committee set up by The CUPE Local 116 Executive to CONCOCT ME with a Criminal History of Workplace Violence see POINT BY POINT 2000. One suicide was by FIRE ARM on UBC Property.  The other was Jack H@ll, Jack was the CAPTAIN of this CUPE Committee.  In late 2005 into 2006 Jack and I were on talking terms, he knew about my FINANCIAL FIGURING which I called MOTIVE, as CAPTAIN of this Committee he may well have known what I did not discover until December 2019. Which was that I had ONLY underwent TWO and NOT THREE Psychiatric Evaluation's.  There was NO FORENSIC Psychiatric Medical / Criminal Evaluation performed on ME by UBC Employee Forensic Psychiatrist Dr.  Elizabeth Zoffmann.  Jack H@ll may have known about the IDENTITY FRAUD.   Anyhow Jack H@ll's SUICIDE was by Propane Tank... who the fuck does that. 

Then there was the CUPE Local 116 Secretary Maureen R1v1ngt@n. In 2005 her and I WERE actually working together against The CUPE Local 116 Executive to clear our names of CONCOCTED Criminal History Building see LINK 👉 THE CUPE SECRETARY SCANDAL. She VANISHED in 2008, did she make it out ALIVE.  Maureen was way more VOCAL than I was. 

Long before I had figured out The IDENTITY FRAUD I had figured out that the FORENSIC FORGERY that was written up against ME was designed to put ME in front of a SWAT TEAM see EVENT'S in early 2007 in my POINT BY POINT, the UBC Manager TIP OFF where he said BEWARE JOHN. That WARNING in 2007 was why I CONTINUED to REVIEW the PAPERWORK. As in FORENSIC PSYCHIATRIC PAPERWORK that NEVER actually EXISTED. 

My FIRST which I BELIEVED was some type of Anger Management Consultation on May 25,2001 performed by UBC Employee FORENSIC Psychiatrist Dr. Elizabeth Zoffmann... NEVER HAPPENED. My FIRST was an unforgivable ILLEGAL torturous INTEROGATION performed by I BELIEVE The 2001 CUPE National President Judy Darcy.  This could be considered A Crime Against Humanity.  The FORENSIC FORGERY written up I BELIEVE by UBC / HR 'S Special Assignments Team in the later half of 2006. First ISSUED by British Columbia CUPE National Representative Dianne Jolly on December 08, 2006.

By early 2007 I had AGREED with my lawyer and The CUPE National to DROP MY PURSUIT of the PAPERWORK... I had been promised what was termed a NEW BEGINING... Then shortly after came the WARNING from The UBC Manager... BEWARE JOHN again as per my POINT BY POINT 

BELOW IS ME IN EARLY 2007= FROM EARLY 1997 PORTRAYED BY UBC AND CUPE AS THEIR BIGGEST EVER CRIMINAL BADASS. WHO WERE THE REAL BAD ASSES?

John Stewart born Glasgow Scotland. At 16 year old in 1964 I joined by first UNION serving a 5 year Aprenticeship in the Aircraft Industry. From 1970 to 1976 worked in Construction (multi trade). Also in Scotland served 10 years as a Reserve in the British Parachute Regiment... Came to Canada in September 1976 worked for 15 years mainly in Management and Supervision. I joined UBC on March 22, 1989 at the age of 41. KICKED OUT OF CUPE in July 2008 for NON BELIEF in a FORENSIC FORGERY where the FORENSIC Psychiatric Medical / Criminal Evaluation was PERFORMED by 2001 The CUPE National President Judy Darcy. 

On the outside of UBC my Criminal Record was ONE PHOTO RADAR TICKET. On the inside of UBC my Criminal Record was ONE FORENSIC PSYCHIATRIC MEDICAL / CRIMINAL RECORD. 

On FIRE ARMS since coming to Canada 🇨🇦 in September 1976 never a hunter or even a fisher. I can honestly say that in Canada I never even touched a live FIRE ARM of any description. 

There was certainly BAD ASSES in my story, let's identify them. As in those at The CUPE National and UBC / HR who WORKED TOGETHER to DESTROY ME.  

Again WHY in a FORGED FORENSIC Psychiatric Medical / Criminal FORGERY would FIRE ARMS be repeated over and over as yet to be found by COLLATERAL MEANS. 

INTRODUCTION TO A BAD ASS CUPE NATIONAL HORROR STORY. 
Above is ME, at this point I had been a 19 year UBC EMPLOYEE and CUPE LOCAL 116 MEMBER. 
In my 19 YEARS there was barely a cross word among my Co Workers, however there was my Inadvertant Financial Encroachment, this was the reason for the ATTACK on ME. This photo was in the Spring of 2008 about 3 months prior to The CUPE National KICKING ME OUT OF CUPE and SEVERING MY FAMILY'S LIVELIHOOD. 
UBC / HR were for the very First Time witnessed on board,  this with UBC/ HR'S Lindi Frost, her FAILED ATTEMPT to FINISH ME OFF. 
The reason was that I did NOT BELIEVE in an error ridden FORENSIC Psychiatric Medical / Criminal Report that they the CUPE National had released TWO Completely differently formatted versions.  One version they had ILLEGALLY ALTERED. Also at this point in 2008 UBC / HR had still NOT RELEASED the Document from May 25, 2001 that I had LEGALLY REQUESTED from early March 2006. I had BELIEVED this document to be in the form of an Anger Management Type Report, this would be the CUPE NORM for a member had momentarily lost in frustrationof CUPE oppression "ONE" INCIDENT in frustration. UBC reluctantly released the OFFICIAL Version on January 16,2009, the 7 1/2 YEARS LATE was a FORGERY written up as a FORENSIC Psychiatric Medical / Criminal Report .  The FORGED Report was written that BADLY it identified a COLLUDED ATTEMPT BY UBC AND CUPE NATIONAL HIERARCHY TO END MY LIFE. 
So UNBELIEVABLE, I couldn't accept this as being TRUE.
The TURNING POINT for ME took a while when I discovered the UNTHINKABLE.  In December 2019 I discovered that UBC / HR were PERMITTING NON MEDICAL CUPE NATIONAL IMPOSTER'S to USE THE CREDENTIALS of UBC EMPLOYEE PSYCHIATRISTS to to carry out in my case a FORENSIC Psychiatric Medical / Criminal Evaluation’s on unsuspecting UBC Employee's / CUPE Members. This was an unforgivable PRIVACY INTRUSION of not only ME but the PRIVACY of my ENTIRE FAMILY. 
My BELIEF from December 2019 that it was the 2001 CUPE National PRESIDENT by IDENTITY FRAUD that PERFORMED my Forensic Psychiatric Medical / Criminal Evaluation . At this point in December 2019 I was seeing the NON MEDICAL IMPOSTER as the current British Columbia NDP Minister Of Mental Health and Drug Addiction. This was the MAIN REASON THIS COULD NOT GET RESOLVED.
