I was a 19 year UBC Employee and CUPE Local 116 Member.  I inadvertently got tied up in UBC Financial Irregularities in reference to WCB MONIES coming into UBC. UBC set my CUPE Local 116 Executive on ME.  The more they came after ME the more I searched for MOTIVE which I was aware was Financial. My CUPE Local 116 who had FAILED to concoct ME with a Criminal Record were pushed to the side... The CUPE National took over. My Punishment by Psychiatric Means BEGINS. 

UBC / HR were never witnessed on board until the CUPE National KICKED ME OUT OF CUPE and SEVERED MY FAMILY'S LIVELIHOOD. 

WAS AN ASSIGNMENT GIVEN BY THE CUPE NATIONAL PRESIDENT JUDY DARCY FOR ME TO BE COMMITTED UNDER THE MENTAL HEALTH ACT? 

WHEN THAT FAILED DID UBC  WITH CUPE NATIONAL HIERARCHY ATTEMPT TO END MY LIFE?

This became the ARGUMENT, what was documented was fully supported and USED by these two Powerhouse Groups, who were BOTH calling TRUTH... What I was calling was UTTER BULLSHIT. 

My BELIEF The CUPE National with UBC Hierarchy FAKED THE FACT that I underwent a FORENSIC Psychiatric Medical / Criminal Evaluation, the same type of Evaluation as would be given to a Psychopath.  A later discovery by ME was NO CO - WORKER WITNESSES were PERMITTED by UBC in my defense. The OBJECTIVE... well lets put it mildly and say TERMINATE ME as in END MY LIFE. 

There now came an OBSESSION by ME, which was to review what was actually documented against ME... However there was an equal OBSESSION by The CUPE National with UBC / HR which was to REFUSE ME ACCESS to the paperwork,  I even had a Lawyer, but The CUPE National and UBC / HR stood firm with their OBSESSION, which was NOT TO RELEASE.

The paperwork was HIDDEN by UBC for 7 1/2 YEARS... I BELIEVED WHAT I WAS READING TO BE UTTER BULLSHIT... I BELIEVED together UBC / HR with The CUPE National FORGED and USED and SUPPORTED the FORENSIC paperwork as TRUE. With sheer abuse of power they got Two UBC Employee Psychiatrist and the British Columbia College Of Physicians and Surgeons on board with the Forensic FORGERY, this making ALL CONTENT stand for LIFE as OFFICIAL. Using what they were aware was  FORGED FORENSIC PAPERWORK UBC / HR'S Lindi Frost would continue with the use of PUNISHMENT BY PSYCHIATRIC MEANS, Psychiatric Evaluation’s were documented to CONTINUE until I BELIEVED in ALL CONTENT within the FORENSIC FORGERY.

WHY WERE THE CUPE NATIONAL AND UBC / HR IN COLLUSION PUSHING THIS CANADIAN FAMILY LIFE DESTROYING LIE?

It took ME a while, I later went on to figure it out... was that UBC / HR or Hierarchy had permitted the CUPE National PRESIDENT Judy Darcy to USE the CREDENTIALS of one of their UBC FORENSIC Psychiatrist and it was actually The CUPE National PRESIDENT who had PERFORMED what got written up years later as my Life long FORENSIC Psychiatric Medical / Criminal Report. 

So not only was there FORGERY, there  was also IDENTITY FRAUD. 

I BELIEVE that on the day of this FAKE FORENSIC PSYCHIATRIC MEDICAL / CRIMINAL EVALUTATION I was being INTEROGATED by The CUPE National PRESIDENT Judy Darcy to see what I knew about UBC Financial Irregularities... On the day I knew NOTHING. My  FINANCIAL FIGURING MOTIVE came later. 

From the FORENSIC FORGERY.

It was documented that The CUPE National my main psychiatric oppressers with I suspect UBC / HR colluded with a UBC Employee Forensic Psychiatrist with an ASSIGNMENT to have ME put into an ASYLUM... a very narrow miss where the UBC Employee Forensic Psychiatrist, who had spelled my NAME WRONG 4 TIMES, also got the DATE of the Evaluation WRONG, had actually apologized for FAILING in the ILLEGAL ASSIGNMENT. The apology for a highly illegal assingment incriminating the CLIENT in BIAS.

When that FAILED it was documented that The CUPE National with UBC Hierarchy who were fully aware of my serious mental illness, BLOCKED a life determining medical information which INCLUDED a CT SCAN OF THE HEAD / BRAIN... What would be their colluded INTENT?... Well lets say it was pretty dam obvious, the CUPE National with UBC / HR wanted me DEAD. 

Although this is very clearly documented, this I DID NOT BELIEVE in my ATTEMPTED MURDER... My BELIEF was FORGERY of what was drawn up as my FORENSIC Psychiatric Medical / Criminal Report... For my NON BELIEF in my colluded ATTEMPTED MURDER, the CUPE National would terminate my families livelihood, as I would be KICKED OUT OF CUPE while UBC / HR'S Lindi Frost would continue with use of another UBC Employee Psychiatrist as in further Punishment by Psychiatric Means... I HAD TO BELIEVE in TWO attempts by The CUPE National with UBC / HR with their Employee Psychiatrists to permanently ELIMINATE ME. 

I am aware how bad this sounds, so Let it be known that I did everything within my power to have this resolved IN HOUSE via UBC / HR'S Michael Vizsolyi... From 2010 he named him self as my ONLY PERMITTED CONTACT... He stonewalled ME. For Vizsolyi what was documented against ME had to STAND FOR LIFE AS OFFICIAL AND TRUE. 

This is something that could only happen where your Employer has its OWN Department Of Psychiatry and where their Psychiatrists fall under the SAME Human Resources Department. Also where your National Union saw no conflict of interest where Employee's under the SAME Human Resources Department are allowed to Psychiatricly Evaluate their CUPE Members.

Well it gets worse, where your Employer permits your NON MEDICAL National Union President to USE the CREDENTIALS of their Employers OWN FORENSIC Psychiatrist to carry out what years later got written up by their Human Resources Department as my life long Forensic Psychiatric Medical / Criminal Record.  

Also to keep the CRIMINAL ACT of IDENTITY FRAUD undercover where their National Union kick your Bargaining Unit to the side and unconstitutionaly take over as your OFFICIAL Representation.  

My Employer was The University Of British Columbia my National Union was CUPE. My Bargaining Unit who were kicked to the sidelines were CUPE Local 116.

THIS IS A STORY OF EXTREME DECEPTION AND HATRED OF ME... the MOTIVE was my Inadvertant FINANCIAL ENCROACHMENT, which I will link you too later... 

FOR MANY YEARS AND STILL IS TODAY IN 2026 IT WAS MADE BELIEVE  BY THE CUPE NATIONAL WITH UBC / HR THAT I HAD UNDERWENT A FORENSIC PSYCHIATRIC MEDICAL / CRIMINAL EVALUATION. My workplace misdemeanor was ONE Rude E-Mail written in frustration and retaliation against years of CUPE Local 116 Executive continued oppression. My out of work extent of my Criminal history was ONE Photo Radar Ticket. The CUPE NORM at UBC would have been an Anger Management Type Consultation. For ME it was a FULL BLOWN FORENSIC PSYCHIATRIC MEDICAL / CRIMINAL EVALUATION. Well that is what I was being FORCED TO BELIEVE. 

Today going into 2026 I REMAIN with a FORENSIC Psychiatric Medical / Criminal Record. This is the EXACT SAME type of Record that would be given to perhaps a Psychopath or a Serial Killer. I was documented as UBC / HR'S and The CUPE National's BIGGEST EVER CRIMINAL BADASS.. In my life I only ever met ONE person from UBC / HR and TWO people from The CUPE National.... well make that THREE, but the THIRD was a CUPE National President IMPERSONATING a UBC Employee Forensic Psychiatrist. My December 2019 discovery.

This Forensic Psychiatric Medical/ Criminal Record was last USED against ME in June 2019... this where I had to leave my Planning Position at a Vancouver Shipyard as I could not pass a required for employment NATO Criminal Record Clearance. 

The HEREDITARY FACTOR was USED in 2022 and is still being used today against a family member. The HEREDITARY FACTOR is forever. 

Below is a photo of ME around April 2008 as I was three months before The CUPE National KICKED ME OUT OF CUPE and severed my families livelihood. The reason for the SEVERING of my Families livelihood was that I did NOT BELIEVE in a FORENSIC Psychiatric Medical / Criminal Report where they had issued TWO completely different formatted versions. One version they had ILLEGALLY ALTERED. This was a document where if it were TRUE reads of my ATTEMPTED MURDER.  Again, this his I tried to keep UNDERCOVER. 

New quite startling information surfaced on December 2019. Let's NOW expose everyone and everything and see who the REAL BAD ASSES ARE.

Above is ME, at this point I had been a 19 year UBC EMPLOYEE and CUPE LOCAL 116 MEMBER. 
In my 19 YEARS there was barely a cross word among my Co Workers, however there was my Inadvertant Financial Encroachment, this was the reason for the ATTACK on ME. This photo was in the Spring of 2008 about 3 months prior to The CUPE National KICKING ME OUT OF CUPE and SEVERING MY FAMILY'S LIVELIHOOD. 
UBC / HR were for the very First Time witnessed on board,  this with UBC/ HR'S Lindi Frost, her FAILED ATTEMPT to FINISH ME OFF. 
The reason was that I did NOT BELIEVE in an error ridden FORENSIC Psychiatric Medical / Criminal Report that they the CUPE National had released TWO Completely differently formatted versions.  One version they had ILLEGALLY ALTERED. Also at this point in 2008 UBC / HR had still NOT RELEASED the Document from May 25, 2001 that I had LEGALLY REQUESTED from early March 2006. I had BELIEVED this document to be in the form of an Anger Management Type Report, this would be the CUPE NORM for a member had momentarily lost in frustrationof CUPE oppression "ONE" INCIDENT in frustration. UBC reluctantly released the OFFICIAL Version on January 16,2009, the 7 1/2 YEARS LATE was a FORGERY written up as a FORENSIC Psychiatric Medical / Criminal Report .  The FORGED Report was written that BADLY it identified a COLLUDED ATTEMPT BY UBC AND CUPE NATIONAL HIERARCHY TO END MY LIFE. 
So UNBELIEVABLE, I couldn't accept this.
The TURNING POINT for ME took a while when I discovered the UNTHINKABLE.  In December 2019 I discovered that UBC / HR were PERMITTING NON MEDICAL CUPE NATIONAL IMPOSTER'S to USE THE CREDENTIALS of UBC EMPLOYEE PSYCHIATRISTS to to carry out in my case a FORENSIC Psychiatric Medical / Criminal Evaluation’s on unsuspecting UBC Employee's / CUPE Members. This was an unforgivable PRIVACY INTRUSION of not only ME but the PRIVACY of my ENTIRE FAMILY. 
My BELIEF from December 2019 that it was the 2001 CUPE National PRESIDENT by IDENTITY FRAUD that PERFORMED my Forensic Psychiatric Medical / Criminal Evaluation . At this point in December 2019 I was seeing the NON MEDICAL IMPOSTER as the current British Columbia NDP Minister Of Mental Health and Drug Addiction. This was the MAIN REASON THIS COULD NOT GET RESOLVED. 

BELOW... AT LEAST 1 OF 3 CRIMINAL ACTS IS 100% TRUE, AND CANNOT BE DISPUTED. 

1. Did my UBC Employer with my CUPE National Union for ONE Rude E-retalitory E-Mail attempt to first put ME into an ASYLUM... When that FAILED did my UBC Employer with my CUPE National Union intentionaly BLOCK for 7 1/2 years knowledge of a recommended life determining medical procedure that included a CT SCAN OF THE HEAD / BRAIN. As in, the Attempted Murder of ME. 

2. Was what was written up as my life long FORENSIC Psychiatric Medical / Criminal Report a FORENSIC FORGERY written by NON Medical UBC / HR folks.  A Document from May 25, 2001 INVENTED and written up in the latter half of 2006 with future INTENT.

3. Did UBC / HR permit the NON MEDICAL CUPE National President Judy Darcy to USE the Forensic Credentials of UBC Employee Forensic Psychiatrist Dr. Elizabeth Zoffmann... this to PERFORM a FORENSIC Psychiatric Medical/ Criminal Evaluation on ME.  May 25, 2001.

AGAIN AT LEAST ONE OR PERHAPS TWO OF THESE ABOVE CRIMINAL ACTS IS 100% TRUE, AND AGAIN, THIS CANNOT BE DISPUTED. 

Again today going into 2026 I REMAIN with a FORENSIC Psychiatric Medical / Criminal Record. I believe it is a FORGERY, however with abuse of power ALL CONTENT was made to stand as OFFICIAL by The British Columbia College Of Physicians and Surgeons. The FORGERY I believe was put together in the latter half of 2006 by UBC / HR with sinister intent. The FORGERY is written so badly that it reads of a colluded attempt by UBC and CUPE National Hierarchy to END MY LIFE... This you will very clearly witness. 

My BELIEF of this REPORT was UTTER BULLSHIT,  for my NON BELIEF in  my ATTEMPTED MURDER by my UBC Employer with my CUPE National Union my Punishment by Psychiatric Means was documented to continue indefinitely... I HAD TO BELIEVE AND SIGN  OFF ON FORGERY. 

So UNBELIEVABLE why were UBC / HR with The CUPE National and folks from the British Columbia Medical System pushing this family life destroying LIE. Was there a greater COVER UP than my FORGED FORENSIC PSYCHIATRIC MEDICAL / CRIMINAL REPORT. 

What is way more believable is. On December 2019 I found long searched for PHOTO ID of UBC Employee Dr. Elizabeth Zoffmann... The UBC Employee Psychiatrist who had alledgedly performed what got written up as my life long FORENSIC Psychiatric Medical / Criminal Report .

NEVER IN MY LIFE MET HER, Dr. Elizabeth Zoffmann looked younger in December 2019 than she did on May 25, 2001... the day she alledgedly performed a FORENSIC Psychiatric Medical / Criminal Evaluation on ME. 

This is a very brief description of what happened to ME as a 19 YEAR UBC Employee and CUPE Local 116 Member in what should have been a SAFE UNION WORKSPACE. 

This all began way back in early 1996 where by the end of that I year had  won my first ever Workers Compensation Claim where a UBC Manager had LIED. 

By early 1997 there was very unusual happenings at UBC, massive Salary Hikes as high as 300% for UBC Management, also CUPE Local 116 Executive saw around 70 to 80 % salary hikes that same year.  I would assume the CUPE National Presidents would stay above the highest paid CUPE Local President. 

What did that have to do with me... absolutely nothing,  however I had been diving deep into how the Workers Compensation System Worked at UBC, for my personal  reasons. I became fully aware I was being TARGETED. 

With WCB retaliation regulations in place UBC / HR or Hierarchy had set my CUPE Local 116 Executive on ME. The more they came after ME the more I openly pried into the WCB System at UBC. 

I continually reported CUPE harassment to UBC / HR they did NOT respond or get involved.  The CUPE Local 116 went to far by the year 2000 they had appointed a CUPE 5 man Local 116 Committee against ME in an attempt to CONCOCT ME with Workplace Violence. This strategy they had used on others see link 👉 THE CUPE SECRETARY SCANDAL.

The CUPE Regional would not get involved likewise the CUPE National, I was on my own. 

I had taken this to the British Columbia Labour Relations Board, who also done nothing. 

On the evening of March 13, 2001 I had a few drinks and sent my ONE retaliation E-MAIL to my CUPE Local 116 President,  the E Mail was as much about Financial  Motive as anything else. 

On the morning of March 14, 2001 I sent an apology E-Mail I was preparing to leave UBC... I was DONE with CUPE. 

For my retaliation E-MAIL there was a FAILED attempt by my CUPE Local 116 Executive to have ME Criminal Convicted.

Now it gets interesting. On March 31, 2001 I am put out of UBC on PAID LEAVE awaiting what I believe is to be an ANGER MANAGEMENT TYPE CONSULTATION the CUPE NORM for a one off misdemeanor.  By Mid April I am given the DATE , TIME and PLACE and NAME of the Evaluator . UBC assistant Clinical Assistant Dr. Elizabeth Zoffmann on May 25, 2001 at 9 AM downtown Vancouver. 

On the day I am there promp at 9 AM, however I AM NOT SITTING IN FRONT OF DR. ELIZABETH ZOFFMANN.  Who I now believe that I am SITTING IN FRONT that day was  JUDY DARCY the 2001 CUPE National President. A NON MEDICAL IMPOSTER IN PRETENSE OF A UBC FORENSIC PSYCHIATRIST. 

Above was not uncovered by ME until December 2019 when Judy Darcy was The British Columbia NDP Minister Of Mental Health and Drug Addiction. 

WELL...WELL...WELL... THE UNTHINKABLE UNKNOWN TO ME HAD TAKEN PLACE, MYSELF AND FAMILY'S PRIVACY HAD BEEN SEVERELY VIOLATED BY A NON MEDICAL IMPOSTER .

Let us carry on...

Totally OBLIVIOUS to the NON MEDICAL CUPE NATIONAL IMPOSTER I now remain on PAID LEAVE as I await the result of this thought Anger Management Type Consultation by thought UBC Employee and assistant UBC Clinical Professor. 

One month passes... 2 months pass... 3 months pass I WAIT... it is now January 2022 I REMAIN on PAID LEAVE with NO WORD from UBC / HR, CUPE or Dr.Elizabeth Zoffmann.   

It is now March 2002 which is ten months after my thought Anger Management Type Consultation 

... STILL NO WORD so logic suggests that UBC / HR with CUPE are NOT HIDING something that could be LIFE THREATENING. Something in the way of a recommended life determining medical procedure that required a CT SCAN OF THE HEAD / BRAIN... naw impossible, if they were HIDING critical Medical information that would be Criminal. 

I AWAIT on PAID LEAVE awaiting my medical results. While I am waiting I am still trying to figure the MOTIVE... which I am aware is Financial and aware connected to WCB MONIES coming in to UBC. By late March into early April 2002 what I figure is this. 

UBC had a system in place that allows them to POCKET ALL WCB MONIES coming in to UBC... Based on their own statistics I am looking at $600,000  WEEKLY $28,000,000 annually. WOW... My thoughts... this I must keep UNDERCOVER.  

This is MASSIVE, as a precaution I sign up with a NEUTRAL Psychiatrist which I had my family doctor recommend. Just in case this goes south for me. 

On April 23, 2002 I send in my FINANCIAL FIGURING AS MOTIVE. This is sent in confidence to my CUPE Local 116 President and the two UBC AVP'S.

Now there is CONTACT from UBC , from my UBC Utilities Director who is SIGNING LETTERS that are drafted by UBC / HR ( this I later uncover). 

I have requested the document from my thought Anger Management Type Consultantion it is point blank REFUSED. 

On April 26, 2002 I am called into a meeting at UBC,  I later called it the CUPE National Meeting from HELL. 

At this meeting there is NOBODY from UBC/ HR. There is nobody from my CUPE Local 116 Bargaining Unit.

It is chaired by The CUPE National, my two good guy UBC Managers are present.

There is NO MENTION of Mental Illness or anything about health. 

There is NO MENTION of my Financial Figuring as MOTIVE. 

It is ALL about VIOLENCE by ME against my Co Workers and the people at UBC. I am told that I am not trusted in the buildings at UBC... I am told to get the funky out of UBC, and NOT to talk to anyone on the way out. 

That was to be my last day as a CUPE Member and as a UBC Employee. 

They at this time DID NOT KNOW about my NEUTRAL PSYCHIATRIST. It took another 6 months on PAID LEAVE, I would return in October 2002... I had been on PAID LEAVE for 18 months. 

I returned with ONE AMBITION, which was to gain access to the Document from my still thought Anger Management Type Consultation by thought by me UBC Employee Psychiatrist Dr. Elizabeth Zoffmann. 

I had to lie low for a several years,  well until March 2006...

Possibly attached to what happened in early 1997 as per the high as 300% Salary Hikes given to perhaps hundreds of UBC Management.  In the same year of 1997 CUPE Local 116 Executive Members seen Salary Hikes of at least 70%. These Hikes by logic would be given to British Columbia CUPE Regional and CUPE National.
