To save Credibility's of especially THREE British Columbia Doctors who had LIED, I pleaded for an IN HOUSE Resolution in an effort to get a FORENSIC FORGERY removed from MY Medical and Criminal Records. I WAS TOTALLY IGNORED by Vizsolyi, everything documented against ME had to STAND AS FULL MEDICAL AND CRIMINAL TRUTH. In December 2019 I discovered the reason WHY. Also WHY it was the CUPE National that were pushing ME to SIGN OFF on FORGERY the hardest.
I truly 100% BELIEVE that I NEVER underwent a FORENSIC Psychiatric Medical / Criminal Evaluation by a UBC Forensic Psychiatrist Dr. Elizabeth Zoffmann where she allegedly defies ETHICS and incriminates herself in BIAS with an empathetic APPOLOGY to her CUPE National Client for JUST FAILING in a CUPE National given ASSIGNMENT in an ATTEMPT to COMMIT ME UNDER THE MENTAL HEALTH ACT. 👇👇👇 An attempt to Permanently SILENCE ME, if this had been pulled off.

A FORENSIC PSYCHIATRIC MEDICAL / CRIMINAL EVALUATION where Sanctioning of a Canadian Citizen is the OBJECTIVE would be given to perhaps a Serial Killer OR Psychopath to see if HE or SHE was mentally fit to stand trial. This must follow the Ethical Guidelines laid out by the Canadian Academy of Psychiatry and the Law (CAPL).
WHY would the CUPE National give an Assignment to a UBC Forensic Psychiatrist to put ME into an ASYLUM?
Why would a Forensic Psychiatrist incriminate herself on BIAS and give an APOLOGY to her client for failing?
Why would UBC and CUPE forbid a forensic Psychiatrist to interview any Witnesses that could support ME? This later in 2009 becomes documented in Dr. Zoffmann's sworn Affidavit.
At the time of the alleged Assignment My Criminal Record was "ONE Photo Radar Ticket".
I truly believe that on May 25,2001 that I NEVER UNDERWENT A FORENSIC PSYCHIATRIC MEDICAL / CRIMINAL EVALUATION. Also there NEVER was a FORENSIC Psychiatric Medical / Report written up on ME by a UBC Psychiatrist named Elizabeth Zoffmann. I DON'T BELIEVE THAT I HAVE EVER MET DR. ELIZABETH ZOFFMANN. I believe there was a FORGED FORENSIC Psychiatric Medical / Criminal Report ( TWO Differently Formatted Versions) which contained 2006 content written up on ME by UBC / HR in the later half of 2006. On the day of the alleged ASSIGNMENT May 25,2001 Dr Zoffmann a Danish lady who looked in her early 60's. On December 2019... 18 years later Dr. Elizabeth Zoffmann looked in her mid 50's... Go Figure.
